Food used to be fresh. They used to have an Oven it went through that reheated everything to perfection. Now the general manager says it's the same as just throwing it back in the oven not true the crust gets hard and black crumbs all over the bottom. And it makes the bread sticks taste stale. Used to love going here not anymore

Visited this location today on 4/22, placed my order & went around to check out. I was looking at them grab pizza & noticed they were pulling out extra pizza from under where they display it. Whole pizzas were sitting on a rolling cart underneath where employees grab pizza from the showcase. Whole pizzas were sitting less than a foot off the ground uncovered right by where the employees were standing & working! Absolutely disgusting. One employee stated “oh well when we reheat the pizza the germs go away” never seen anything like this. Extremely unsanitary! The health department needs to come in.

The customer service was awful. I asked for a meal, paid for a meal, when it came time for the girl to ring me out she didn't even wait for the customer she had previously to be done with what she was doing. The whole thing was rushed and unprofessional. When she handed me my food that just came out of an oven she said it's hot, but still proceeded to hang me hot food.didn't even ask if I wanted bag, never gave me my beverage and proceeded to try to not give me my bread sticks either. So then I had to carry my hot food in my hand all the way back to my work as I was on lunch break. She needs to be trained on customer service and safety standards.
