7This is my 2nd time getting the fibroblast on my neck. I have had a fantastic experience with Roberto and highly recommend Status Ink
I would give 6 starts to Roberto if I could. From the first session, he was very understanding of my needs and came up with a plan so that my hair looks exactly how I want it. He is a professional who makes you feel welcomed. He is very meticulous and a perfectionist about his job, which is what you want in SMP. I finished all my 3 sessions happily and would recommend to anyone who wants to try SMP!
Rob throughly explained the process of the micropigmentation that would be done to help hide my alopecia. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for your SMP needs!

I emailed Lissa at 10 am and was called back and made a same day appointment at 1 pm.
I had fibroblast/plasma pen done on my upper eyelids. It went so smooth, very comfortable space, and I’m so excited to see the healed result.
Roberto was so great! He walked me through the process of the appointment and was very reassuring, helping ease any nervousness I had going into it as it was something new for me. I received the under eye fibroblast treatment and I’m loving the results! I will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend!
10/10 experience. I went to get a hand tattoo removed for a job interview and not only were they professional but they were welcoming as well. They made the process very easy to understand and comfortable for me to go through. I will definitely get more work done by them in the future.
