Have been with Sherzinger for about 2 years. Happy with the service and pest control options when the truck comes out. Have only had one service issue in those 2 years and it related to staffing at our local office in Columbus, OH. When I called customer service it was taken care of that week by sending a truck from their Dayton office! That's quite a drive to fulfill customer treatments when the local office wasn't able. Great customer service.

Today I had technician Khelin out for our quarterly treatment. He called ahead and verified times, was very courteous when he arrived, and job was done quickly and professionally. Thanks!

We had an unusual situation with a large hornets nest pretty high up in a tree close to our home. As we have Scherzinger Pest Control on a quarterly contract we called them first. Our tech, MaLynn was awesome! She climbed up the ladder (that I had forbidden my 80 year young husband to climb) & took care of that nest with determination and guts!:). Thank you MaLynn & ScherZinger for taking care of our problem!

Always prompt and courteous. I have the quarterly maintenance plan and it is wonderful. They have treated for ants and carpenter bees in my backyard for years. I would highly recommend them.

Khelin came put and took care of our home, like it was his own. He walked the perimeter of our home at least 4 times to get all the cobb-webs and sprayed as many times as he walked around. We have been working with this company for 10 years and we have never has someone take the time he did. Thanks Khlein and see you next time

Last night after getting 7 Yellowjacket stings on my feet I called Scherzinger after hours and the next morning their supervisor Ruth came out and exterminated the nest in the ground. Exceptional service as always by them!

They don't return calls. I was told after several times leaving messages, they're extremely busy. I canceled my account. I left message to cancel. When I called to ask them to call me back, I was told you don't have an account. Right, but you can call amd say I don't have an account, but couldn't return my call regarding a pest issue. Wow. I recommend three customers that are family members and I'm asking them not to use them, as they're too busy to respond to a request for an additional spray. Plus, the Last lady I talked to kept saying you don't have an account. Right. But she would answer why I didn't receive a call back after several messages. All she would say.you don't have an account with us. Right, I'm asking why no returned call before I canceled. I'm sorry, we've been extremely busy. To busy to call. I was charge in June my regular charge and an additional charge of $30. The lady I talked to Kristin sp. I checking in to the additional charge and is going to call back. I'm not going to hold my breath. She said, have a good day and hung up. She needs customer service Training. Yes, I was upset after many left messages being left. She didn't CARE to calm the situation. Just have a good day, click! Don't bother, I was told they're extremely busy, so they can't call and address a pest problem after they sprayed. Look somewhere else.

Sketchy that a random number not associated with this company called me for information concerning my problem and refused to schedule anything until I gave them my credit card number. I hung up and they called back multiple times. Seems like there should be a better way to connect with customers.

Very happy with my recent service from Scherzinger! We started finding carpenter ant swarmers this week and I was able to get the company out within a few days. Ashley (our tech) is a rock star! She walked through each room with me, exploring all the nooks and crannies, treating the space accordingly. She then took a “nature hike” through our backyard trying to source the issue. I really appreciate all the time she took to thoroughly search and treat. We have seen a big improvement in bug traffic since her visit, which is a huge win in my book!

Ashley arrived on time and did a great job. I never knew how extensive extermination needs to be until I watched her do her thing. The extent at what she treated inside and outside our home was very extensive and interesting. I now know that's why they call her the "Ant Assassin" I am glad we called Scherzinger and were assigned the Ant Assassin. Thank you Ashley!

Ashley was polite and thorough. She made sure she hit every possible entry point for the ants and left bait down to make sure the problem was taken care of.
