I love Schneider’s products and warranties with an Easy process to get replacement items. They have great customer service.

I have purchased wonderful tack from Schneiders. Prices are reasonable and they have great sales. I have also experienced good customer service.

Kaitlyn in their customer service department was professional, courteous and able to solve a situation of my making in a quick manner with kindness! Would highly recommend this place and I know NOTHING about the horse world!

I am so very impressed with their customer service. I had placed an order online for a tack trunk stand which FedEx has listed as "Being out for Delivery" for 21 days now (this isn't the first time that facility has lost something). After following up with FedEx who was unable to located the package, I e-mailed Schneider's customer service. They were prompt and polite offering to send me a replacement to a different address (to avoid the aforementioned FedEx facility).

While this is not the first time FedEx has lost a package, this is the first time that the company I had ordered from didn't tell me it was my responsibility to follow up with FedEx, ignore my request, or simply offer a refund after I filled out some form or another. I was a first time customer and they went out of their way to make sure I had what I ordered. They will definitely be receiving more of my business.

I absolutely love Schneiders horse blankets. The helpful options system ensures I am selecting the perfect blanket for each of our different size horses. They always have fantastic color options and I love the new unicorn pattern which I bought for my 2 year old colt. The quality and prices are amazing! You can’t go wrong with any of Schneiders products.

Quality products, love the discount for multiples of the same item (ie tailbags). I’ve bought blankets, sheets, leather halters, lead ropes, etc, always happy with what I’ve ordered.

We love to buy from Schneiders this is the only company we buy our blankets from they are super fast to ship an example of this I ordered blankets this past Saturday and shipping said 1/9-1/12 I received them yesterday! Very excited and the size charts are accurate at least for our halter horses I have also bought a show halter from them every year down at the Congress due to growing babies and the quality is excellent! They are definitely one of the places to shop if your looking for great deals and amazing products!

I bought a Stormshield Classic turnout blanket for my quarter horse last winter. It shipped and was at my door within 2 days and I LOVED the blanket. It kept my boy warm and dry in polar vortex blizzard conditions. Between last winter and now the blanket had ended up damaged. I reached out to Schneider’s unsure if I had a warranty. Within a few hours they got back ahold of me and we had the newer version (Stormshield II) on its way. The CSR Karen was so nice and helpful and the whole process was simple and easy. My grandmother always swore by Schneider’s and was a lifelong customer, and I will be too. This company goes above and beyond!

The Armorflex II Turnout Blanket is wonderful and fits as though it was custom made. Schneider’s information on the product was very helpful and the blanket was delivered on time. This is the fourth item I have ordered and very pleased with all purchases to date.

Products and quality are good but shipping times are AWFUL! I can wait 7-9 days for an item to arrive but 7 or more days for an item to even be shipped, after the date ordered is unacceptable in this day and age! Schneiders need to get their supply chain fixed!

I’m had an issue with an order and Schneider’s went above and beyond to make amends! After I voiced my issues, Schneider’s reached out less than 24 hours later with a personalized message and made everything right. I appreciate this level of customer service and I will be recommending them to clients and peers!

I love Schneider. They always have excellent deals, fast shipping for in stock items, and their customer service is reliable. I love the rewards program too. I'm definitely guilty of spending way too much money there but my horse has some nice quality stuff now.

There was a bit of confusion with my order. However, after several conversations with Customer Service team, they made things right and resolved my issue. I appreciate them going above and beyond to address and correct the problem.
