Schneller & Knochelmann Plumbing, Heating & Air, Cincinnati OH

Was told I would have someone out between 8 AM - 12 PM on Thursday. Understandably we had bad weather overnight, so I figured it could be any time on Thursday. I did not receive a call on Thursday, nor did I receive a call on Friday. The absolute lack of respect to let me know they needed to reschedule is astounding. You have lost a customer and a past advocate for your business. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service.

The "Silver Fox" came to check out the plumbing today. Very professional. His report to me was clear and honest.i got a good picture of what he thought needed to be done and why. No pressure!

Unfortunately our experience with Schneller was not what we had hoped. After not having hot water for several days and waiting for them to come out all weekend, plumber came out and was immediately trying to tell us what the issue was and sell us a new hot water heater before he even reached our unit downstairs. Was very pushy the entire time and did not feel comfortable at all after the plumber told us we would have to find the water heater part, order it ourselves and pay for overnight shipping from some website. After they left, we called another nearby plumber who correctly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within 2 hours at a much lower cost. Very sad that we waited so long to have them out and paid the $89 diagnostic fee for it so be such a bad experience.

Was quoted almost $700 for a simple faucet leak repair. I have no idea how they quote their prices but that price is just extortion. Was able to fix it myself for $60 and in under an hour. Won’t be calling again.

Kevin was my technician and was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and kind. I felt comfortable having him in my home and knowing the work would be professional and to my expectations. They also fixed a previously unseen issue free of charge and included an additional service on my unit free of charge. I had to work with my home warranty company to reduce cost which was a pain, but Schneller and Knochelmann as well as Kevin helped me through that process which went above and beyond. Will certainly call Schneller and Knochelmann first for all my home repair needs.

We had a clogged drain that needed to be cleared, something that has plagued us several times in the past. Admittedly, plumbing issues cause me more stress than most other homeowner problems. Therefore, I am always looking for a plumber who comes with a light attitude and an immediate sense of reassurance. Unfortunately, my first impression of Chad was quite the opposite, which immediately made me feel even more dreadful about the clogged drain. Ultimately, he was able to clear it after a few different approaches, and he even joked a few times at that point. However, I can't shake that first impression, not to mention this company is quite expensive. Yes, the prices are provided up-front, but that was small consolation since I had no choice but to go ahead with a costly additional service in order to have the drain cleared.

Dan Niceley did an outstanding job taking care of a bathtub leak issue I was having. He was extremely polite and the pricing (especially for the amount of extra care he put into his work) was more than fair. I will not ever be calling another company when I need plumbing work done in my home. Thank you folks so much for your help!

Arnold and his assistant were very nice, polite and respectful. They did a good job furnishing and installing our hot water heater. They answered my questions and kept a clean work area. They removed the old water heater without leaving any mess. I would recommend Schneller Plumbing and these gentlemen again.

Bobby was very nice, did a thorough job of explaining what he did and the condition of the equipment and the benefit of getting a maintenance agreement. He would be welcome in our home anytime.

Schneller and Knochelmann provided clear expectations of the work to be done by a most professional and courteous technician, Kameron. No one likes to hear that they need replacement parts installed but Kameron’s explanations and multiple options offered were very much appreciated. The work was done expediently and for the price quoted.

Tyler did a great job today I’m happy with the service I received. I signed up for a maintenance agreement, so I will definitely use your company for future heating cooling and plumbing needs. Thank you!

Kyle with Schneller and Knochelmann arrived promptly at the time he was scheduled to arrive. He was very friendly and professional. I also appreciated the email notification and phone call letting me know that he was on his way. The experience was very positive from my initial call to schedule my appointment and culminating in Kyle coming to service our furnace. I highly recommend Schneller and Knochrlmann!

The tech that came out was very kind and helpful. Adam took his time to explain exactly what he was doing and what was needed in order for us to have long lasting results.

Technician Rick was helpful and honest in his suggestions for either repair or replacement of our home furnace. This is our second positive experience with this company.

Kevin fixed a minor issue with our heating unit. A+ for knowledge, friendliness, professionalism, etc. I have used this company for heating, cooling, and plumbing needs when I can't figure out the problem on my own, and they have delivered every time.

So nice to have John Knocklemann in my home. We not only talked about the Furnace, but John was very personable, and a comfort to talk to a gentleman that understood our needs.

Joe was incredibly helpful and informative. He explained every option to me and wasn’t pushy about up selling services. He was very thorough and encouraged us to try simple fixes before having to replace the entire unit. Kyle was also very informative when he came out for a diagnostic check on our furnace. He presented us with many options and followed up after his visit. I would definitely recommend Schneller and Knochelmann to anyone!

This company has my highest recommendation. The service is excellent and they are great at doing what is best for the customer. They patiently explain what is needed and are thoroughly professional.
