This place rocks it. Laurie Mitchell is a pure professional and a delight to work with at the Cincinnati Schumacher Homes & Models. In the market to build a custom home, do yourself a favor stop by and just look at the models. I believe you will be surprised by the affordable quality of their custom homes.

It will not be the experience you would expect to say the lease. The design experience is awesome after that 100% down hill!

Reading through these reviews can be misleading and disheartening. My Wife and I have decided to use Schumacher Homes for our builders. We have 20 acres that we are building our dream home on. Aric has been outstanding. We've went back and forth, back and forth, and back and forth with changing our designs. He's always been patient and understanding and never let us feel like we were imposing on him. We had some hiccups in the process but Schumacher Homes and their staff were all smiles. We never felt unwelcomed.

Our land is approximately 2 hours away from their offices and our Builder Tyler has always consider our time and schedule never making us wait. He's be so courteous, even explaining the process to us with extreme detail. This is the 1st home we've built and we have a lot of detailed questions constantly. Tyler has always responded to our emails, phone calls and even texts. We appreciate the attention to detail and the patience he's shown.

Even meeting with Lisa to pick out our colors was very enjoyable. Taking her time explaining how and what roof shingles would look best with our siding and what color brick would tie into our shutters, made us feel at home and apart of their family. The staff has always responded almost immediately to our emails and constant phone calls. This process has been about a 8 month process and they have stuck by our side patiently with us. We would highly recommend Schumacher Homes. Especially Aric, Tyler, Lisa and Heidi. This is our forever home and if we ever decide to build again, we know exactly who we would choose.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! The choices are varied and can fit anyone's budget. Quality, quality, quality!

The Schumacher Cincinnati team is wonderful. They performed truly as a team when it comes to building our home. From the first meeting with Aric Lecander in sales to Shawn Moore in overseeing our build process-was fabulous! We would recommend!

Our new Schumacher home was just completed. I could not be happier with the process and the results. We found a design that would fit our somewhat narrow lot, and customized it quite a bit to meet our needs. This is what they are great at. There were no hassles, and base quality is at a level on par with other builders' premium features. Upgrades are available and transparent on pricing, you can add some really nice things without driving your price through the roof. Aric Lecander was our sales person and he was exceptional at guiding us through the menu-like process of designing the perfect house within our budget. In fact, the custom design turned out so well that there are already several people planning to use Schumacher to build our exact house on their lots. Project Supervisor Jim Veth executed the construction under budget and faster than we had dared to hope (I was going to be happy to be in by Halloween, we were finished before Labor Day!), and the subcontractors they use are top notch. They actually have you walk through with the electrician to make 100% sure you get every outlet, light switch, box and fixture just where you want it. That's just one example of how they ensure you are getting exactly the house you want. Building a house is a huge project and not everything will go perfectly, but when there are hiccups, they are upfront and make sure the solution is acceptable. I'm not planning to build another house, but if I did I would definitely use Schumacher Homes again.
