Scioto Audubon Metro Park reviews
39I didn't go over to the park area, but over where you can launch kayaks. Lots of debre and logs that needed cleaned up
This is a great climbing wall Nice place to go Even by yourself and use the automated climbing functions to enjoy yourself climbing and enjoy hanging out Nice group of people
This park was SO BEAUTIFUL. Its hard to believe that it was once an impound lot. GREAT JOB to whoever created that park
Awesome park! We just hung out at one of the open pavilions but I saw a large climbing wall, some kind of exercise obstacle course, and lots of along areas.
The climbing wall is fantastic and so is the wetland and prairie. Saw a pair of great egrets near sundown!
First time my family & I hv ever been here & we are quite impressed! My kiddos & I enjoyed everything about this park. We highly recommend this park for everyone of all ages!
Everything looks pretty new and there is a lot of things to do.
Rock wall:
They have a pretty cool rock wall, although some of the holds are becoming worn down. You also will have to bring your own harness. They have some routes with auto belay but otherwise you will also have to bring rope and your own belayer. Some patrons seem to think it is okay to climb barefoot, which is kinda gross, but otherwise it is pretty neat. They also have a boldering wall.
Play ground:
Fun looking and newer play ground with benches around. There is also a mister nearby.
Obstacle course:
A fun workout and challenge despite your age. Honestly this looks really cool and I am excited to try it out.
Parking: You should not have a problem. There are multiple lots.
Paths: There seems to be many paths to walk/run on but I have not explored them too much, but they look pretty well maintained.
Great park really enjoyed it I went on a peaceful Sunday to the park to take pictures and enjoy the view I didn't realize there would be so much to adventure when I got there loved it!
Had my car window smashed out at 445pm yesterday. Largest homeless camp is about a quarter mile north of the park. Won't be there again.
This place is huge. There are many things you can do here.rock climbing wall, playgrounds, indoor and outdoor shelter houses, and the Grange Center are here. Easy access to the trails, river, etc.
This is a nice quiet place lots of walking trails and nature close to town. There's disc Frisbee and a 3D archery range along with multiple views of the river
Wonderful dog park. Okay place to fish. Has playground areas for the kids, from little on up to adults. Lots of space to house most any event. Or just to go and enjoy for any occasion.
Nice place. Three sand volleyball Courts and a climbing wall which may require some training before ascent. The kids playground has an electronic learing game, which is non operational. It would be nice if that were replaced or removed as to not confuse children.
Fantastic place to have a family picnic. Place has a shaded sitting area, a grill, sand volleyball pit, water fountain, playground for the kids and a huge climbing/bouldering wall. On the way opposite side there is an obstacle course great for practicing for a tough mudder or Spartan race, and in between them both a great field of grass great for running practice, drills or a matching band practice.
I love this place because there is a dog park my husband can work out and my daughter and I can enjoy the playground and nice nature walks.
One of our favorite places to go for free. Great outdoor playground, covered picnic tables, climbing wall with bouldering rocks, sand volleyball. AND obstacle course AND dog park.not to mention great view from water tower and paths to explore. A must visit!
Good for a walk. Kayaking is nice. I primarily use the obstacle course, which is wonderful. Wildly accessible.
The climbing wall is impressive and has auto-belay! The park is clean, I just wish it had more/better restrooms!
Nice open space they have covered shelters activities for children climbing wall ropes it's very nice and very clean.
