My mother retired from here. Staffing isn't what it used to be but they still get the job done. Waits usually aren't long and the employees are courteous and prompt.
Every staff member I have felt with here act like any assistance comes directly from their pocket and that it's an inconvenience when they have to do anything to help you. They also treat everyone like criminals and scum.i have tried several times to make complaints to any higher up offices in vain, only be brushed off and hung up on
Hands up to these people that work there they always answer their phone appropriately and they are very polite to you and they do help people who go in there and talk to them it's what it is they do their job And they help you anyway they can

I spent an hour and a half of my life on a phone interview for food stamps then I receive a letter telling me that I missed my phone interview. Then I call about this and I'm on hold for an hour just for them to hang up on me, do your jobs

Veterans services here are getting better, it's about time. This place handles a large volume of services and does a lot for the local community.
