Scioto Family Physicians - Central Ohio Primary Care

I have gone to Scioto Family Physicians for over 30 years. Kim Jones is a wonderful caring professional NP. She has guided me through many health issues. The front staff and nurses are great. I recommend this practice.

One of the unlucky ones to come down with Covid. Scioto Family Physicians were able to set up a televisit with my doctor that morning and get me the meds I needed to fight this virus. Thanks Dr. Que and to the wonderful staff there!

Very prompt at helping me with a problem with my eye recently when I called them. I've been experiencing great difficulty with a pretty serious medical condition. I had a telephonic call appointment with nurse practitioner Kim Jones which was awesome. They're really kind and caring)

Best family practice imaginable. I typically see Dr. Sun, but can always get in with another provider if she’s not available. All the doctors and nurse practitioners here are stellar. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen all of them over the course of the last 15 years, and they all listen to concerns, take their time, and are always willing to answer questions. They’re truly compassionate and competent professionals.

My experience was excellent. They took the time to listen to my concerns and offered thoughtful solutions.

Dr. Que is always able to see me quickly and has a great bedside manner. He’s so easy to talk to and always listens to my concerns. He’s never in a hurry to get to the next patient.

All of the doctors at Central Ohio Primary Care are exceptional. They provide compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough care.
They are always willing to listen to their patients concerns and guide them in the right direction.

Didn't really take care of my problem. I had a fracture on my left wrist years ago and it started bothering me so I went to this physician. They sent me to their xray site and a few days later told me there's nothing they can do.
I told them I've been having problems sleeping and have been tired so they took my blood and a few days later told me to simply take iron.
Will not be coming back.

Kim Jones is the best practitioner that i have ever had thorough and caring. I know i am in great caring hands

All of the staff are very kind and patient, and Dr. Sun is the absolute best! She is very personable and really takes the time to understand and support her patients.

Always a good experience. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very little wait time between caregivers. Dr. Que was very thorough and on top of my history even though it was my first time to see him. I was a little anxious that I would not be seeing my usual doctor, but Dr. Que put me at ease immediately.

Doctor Dunnan is a very caring and personal doctor. He never rushes and takes as much time as required. Highly recommended.

Had blood work done almost 3 weeks ago. Keller said he would call or put my results on the portal. He did neither. I called this past Friday to ask them about it. It’s now Monday night and I still don’t know what the results are. Needless to say I’m not a patient there anymore.

If you want a place that will laugh at your medical issues and take 4 to 5 days to return an urgent call then this is the place for you. Most that work here are completely HEARTLESS and rude. It's sad because Dr. Dunnan is amazing.but stay clear away from any other doctor in this facility.

The front office staff were so kind and helpful! Dr. Lee and her nurse both sat down with me and listened to all my concerns. I never once felt uncomfortable or judged. Everything I said was taken seriously, and she asked follow up questions. I felt like their patient and not just a number, and I never once felt rushed!
Highly recommended! They were all amazing!

Dr. Keller is very caring and thorough. He took his time getting to know my son at his first appointment and was genuinely engaged in the intake process. He wasn't looking at his computer and clicking boxes the entire time. He also remembered me and asked about my son when I had my first appointment a month later. He is a great doctor and I highly recommend him.

Dr.lee is great! Loved meeting her and great to know I have a doctor that gives time to me and doesn’t rush.

I’m a tough critic when it comes to doctors. I’m from Chicago where you’re treated like an actual number in the system and have had multiple family members get late diagnoses to life threatening disease due to doctors following the routine.

That is why I must express that Dr. Kyle A. Keller has been phenomenal and has definitely earned my trust. He keeps eye contact during conversation and I feel like he really pays attention to detail and listens to my concerns. He works with me when I am discussing how I feel or my issues. He offers advice and also answers my questions in a way where he is more focused on making me understand rather than talking down on me.

As long as my insurance and his career allow it, I intend to stick with this doctor for years to come. Keep up the great work Dr. Keller. I’ve worked with tons of doctors professionally at a legal firm in IL and myself as a patient, and/or caring for a loved one and trust me when I say that doctors with this integrity and level of respect are a rare find these days. Thank you for allowing me to be your patient, Dr. Keller.
