Scoop Dogg Dairy Bar reviews
7Everything seems alright except people don't pool around so that you can place your order. If you have small children with you it's not feasible to leave them in the car while you go up and place your order so you have several orders jumping in front of you and it makes wait time longer than it has to.
The food is good for a dairy bar and there’s a lot of selection to choose from and the staff is amazing. I’ve been several times different times of day and have been witness to how they treat their employees. They are regularly short staffed, I witnessed a member of staff act very inappropriately to another young female employee who was VISIBLY very uncomfortable and scared. When I spoke to the young girl she stated she had told the owners but that it was “fine I guess” and went directly back into asking what she could do for me and now it seems at least like that young lady no longer works there but I still see that man regularly. It doesn’t matter how good the food and service is when you can tell the staff has no help, support and is incredibly stressed. I have also been to the establishment when the employees were forced to work with no air conditioning or ventilation on 90 degree days. I will say with what they’ve got those young people do a wonderful job but the owners must do better for their people. They are not pieces of equipment.
Love the food and the service, awesome small town business owned by good people, you won't be disappointed
The food was good so glad this place take debit now. My grandkids love this place.
The old shake shop was way better. The food was better, it was cheaper, and the gentleman that used to work there was very kind and good to his customers. We was there a few weeks ago and we ordered 3 footers and a double cheeseburger. None of it was good.
The food was amazing but the service was really slow. I feel like If they had more staff it would be better.
Lots of choices for ice cream and food! I got a $6 premium Banana Pudding milkshake and it did not disappoint. Could have been bigger, I guess, but I'm a hog. Lol. They have burgers, hot dogs, and fare you would typically expect at a roadside dairy hut but I only had the milkshake. If I'm ever back in the area, I would go here again. Cute business name.
