Front desk people so pleasant as are the hygienist and doctor. Makes it painless! Wish the appointments were on the hour though!

Was called to come in and Dr Scott said he would fix my upper dentures since the liner was chipping out and giving me blisters. I went in he was very nice as always so I thought he was going to fix them. I found out it was an assistant that was doing it.she came bk and told me it wasn't my liner but I didn't clean my teeth good enough. I told her she was crazy cause I've had my dentures for 16 yrs and the only thing wrong was they put a cheap liner in as they did my bottom ones. I got my refund for my bottom plate.now she took out the liner on my top plate and they are too big.i want my money bk for them as well as they messed them up to begin with and they still aren't right. Now I'm having to go to a different dentist to get dentures fixed the way they should have been done the 1st time. I just want what is right. 385$ per plate. I also was told the place they sent them to has shut down. I see now why.they do a lousy job.this review will be removed when I get my 385$ bk. I'll never recommend this place to anyone ever.just because the dentist that did my top is retired doesn't mean you aren't responsible for doing the right thing for customers.

Not that I enjoy any dental work, cleaning or otherwise, I do receive good attention and care and attention at Scott Dental group in Wooster. They continue the ptactice of "Gental Dental" that I was accustomed to.

Went here for the 1st time today. I thought everyone was very nice, professional and helpful.

My medical history has created a lot of anxiety surrounding anything medical-related (taking medicines, showing up for treatments, etc,). Dr. Pycraft was very professional, validating of my history and feelings rather than dismissive, and provided me with the extra explanation about her thinking which is very much what I needed so I can get a much needed wisdom tooth extraction. She is a wonderful person and friend on top of this. I am glad I sought out her expertise.

Friendly staff, explained each step of procedure. Showed appreciation and concern for patient.

I just had two fillings done and everything went great. I still get very anxious and had nothing to worry about. I would highly recommend Scott Dental Group.

I had a good appointment got a filling removed and a new filling put in. It was a quick and easy visit. Everyone is very nice there. Dr. Pycraft is so nice she explains everything to you makes you very comfortable.

This was my first time in this office. Staff was very warm and welcoming. The office was clean and modern. My hygienist was excellent and thorough. Dr Pycraft explained everything throughly and both were gentle! Could not have been a better. I highly recommend them!

Truly enjoyable for a visit to the Dentist office! Was a pleasure to meet Dr. Scott and always like getting my teeth cleaned/checked by the nice young lady, she does an excellent job. All staff are courteous and nice. Appreciated!
