We had a fuel pump issue on our reefer. Brought the reefer in their shop. They ordered new pump, replaced and tested the reefer within 1h. Thank you for the fast and excellent work.

Be careful! They charge 2 hrs and 45 min flat rate per Mark even if you stay 10 minutes. We were charged 455.44 to tight reefer belts out of which 398.75 was labor, remaining was tax. There were no parts involved. Truck was there 1 hr and 20 min. This was not after hrs. It was during regular working hrs as well.

I had an issue with my reefer unit shutting off randomly. I went to 3 different shops. I couldn't get into a shop for 2 weeks in my area. I called Scot's. I explained my situation, and Shauna, told me to bring it up there at noon Wednesday, 225 miles. When I got there, the mechanic started on it at 1pm. He went through the entire unit. It took him til 6pm. He said I found the problem. The staff at Scot's are outstanding, very professional, and very kind. I tip my hat to the mechanic that found the problem. He never give up on it. I highly recommend this place. They get 100 stars from me. It was worth the drive up the.

TRUCKERS BEWARE. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. CAME IN FOR A BELT, THEY SAID THE ALTERNATOR WAS BAD AND COME TO FIND OUT THE ALTERNATOR WAS REPLACED 3 MONTHS AGO, ALSO A FREE FUEL INJECTOR PUMP WHICH WAS ON RECALL. THEN GOT A BILL FOR $1200, FOR 3 BELTS AN ALTERNATOR AND THE FUEL PUMP. I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR YEARS, A ALTERNTOR AND BELT REPLACEMENT TAKES NO MORE THAN ONE HOUR. THE FUEL PUMP TAKES NO MORE THAN ONE HOUR. WE ARRIVED AT 1PM LEFT AT 9PM THEY TECH TOOK HIS TIME AND CHARGED US FOR OVERTIME SINCE THE RECALL DID NOT COVER OVERTIME. HARD TIMES BRINGS OUT THE CROOKS. STAY AWAY. I WIILL DISPUTE THE CHARGES WITH CORPERATE MONDAY AND WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN ON BLOGS AND YOU TUBE TO BEWARW OF THESE GUYS.

They were nice on the phone. They help do body work and some paint work back in 2020. Prices are good and reasonable.

Rip off. Ask for quote before going in. Alternator for carrier $150 bill $587.30 min labor.

Never again, had my APU worked on 2 times now I got a fuel leak were they tried to patch it up, I had the fuel leak the same day I left there shop, no need to go back if it took 2 tries

After speaking to the owner in this matter, he promised to make it right and hopefully the next customer will not have the issues I had

Although I do appreciate you working me in to look at my apu. I had to address a few issues. First, whoever was driving my truck backed it up too far and had to be pulled out of the ditch, which your company graciously did.

Now, to what you are not aware of. The hose clamp coming out of the radiator to the hose was not tight causing it leak coolant.
There were several bolts that were not tightened down and a few more that was missing. The case appears to have been bent and crushed. There was also a bolt wedged between the new generator and the new mount. I took some pictures to show, but many of the things I did not think about until after taking care of the issue. I understand that it is a tight area to work on, but the case will come off with out damaging the case or my fairings.

They say they open at 0600, here it is 0650 and still not open. There are people inside but no one is answering the door or the phones. Not a good way to do business. If you're gonna say you open at a certain time, then be open.

Don't leave your trucks out front. Ppl will steal your parts and they will not be held responsible.

Needed a filter element for my air cleaner and they had it in stock at a great price. Highly recommend.

Staff are very friendly. Went there to have my broken reefer to get swithed with there loaner one. Job done quickly.

Well went in for an APU problem they didn’t find anything wrong with it still having some issues with it but it runs a little better than what it did but they were fast and they did fix the main problem with it found out from someone though that I may have to change the fuel filter in the APU so I’m gonna do that here in a few days but they had great service great bunch of people. Their shop rates are up there but if you want your stuff fixed correctly the first time and diagnosed correctly the first time these are the guys you need to go to and I would pay them over and over again because they do a great job.

Well they answered the phone, when l my Intl 4300 failed to start, and said they would send out a mechanic in a few hours. My truck subsequently started and l called them and canceled the service call request.
