I had some yard waste that Rumpke wouldn’t take cause it was over 50lbs called Scott’s and they told me how much I came dumped it and left the lady at the trailer was nice the gentleman who was telling people where to back up to dump stuff was nice. All around very nice people.

Woman I spoke with on the phone was super friendly and she was friendly again when I pulled up to the gate. The gentleman at the drop of sit actually took me old toilet for me so I didn’t have to dirty my white shoes. Note to self; wear boots to a landfill.

Lady: oh this gone be $110
Me: what I came last week same about weight 7200lbs
Lady: well yo box is 11 feet 6 in
Me: no that’s my height off the ground
Lady: ok
Me: why am I’m being charged different every time I come

Me: ok how many yard would you say I have
Lady: 10-15
Me: ok ok that’s $82.50 where does the extra $17.50 come

Me: so I can’t ask questions clearly your website doesn’t properly list pricing

Me: I have no problem goin to swaco I’m paying you for a service

Lady: pay an I’ma write down yo tag
Me: I’ll write for you I’ve paid you over $2000 in the last two months no hard feelings
Lady: that will be $82.50
Me: yep

Will be reporting to better business bureau an news station this kind of unfair treatment will not stand it’s 2019 unfair price gouging based on race is beyond me none of my friends pay more then $50-$60 per load regardless of what they have we all have compared receipts

I called to confirm what I could drop off and a grumpy old man answered and hung up on me when he thought I was done asking my questions. HORRIBLE phone customer service, I will not be going here.

Called about bringing some house hold debris but they didnt offer that service.the woman on the phone was very nice and had a number for me to call that would address my needs.thanks!

I called to ask the rates and a guy answered. He said they are demolition only. That's cool, but then he just hangs up the phone. And it wasn't like he was friendly either. This company needs to work on their Customer service.

Great place if you haul dirt. They take that for free. If you haul demolition materials into the dump enter at your own risk. The demo area is constantly a mess driving over wood center block rebar and whatever else has been dumped out. Guaranteed to get a blow out or damage your truck if your a regular customer. If I own the place I would direct all my attention to the only thing that brings cash in, the demolition.

First time dumping here great experience fast organized a little smelly but got what I expected 5 yards of debris cost me $33 not bad would visit again

Called to get some information regarding where i can get rid of some furniture. Answered "NO" then hung up on me as im asking where i might be able to get rid of the furniture. Are you that busy that you hang up on a potential customer? GREAT way to do business! Wont get my business!

I love this place.they r very affordable and open even on weekends making convienient for me.ofcourse they are are strict about the 30 or 15 min before closing policy.some of their workers have come to help me scoop the waste off the truck.

Great option for C&D loads. Would like to see a little more cover to keep the nails out of the tires, but overall these guys are great

What can you say it a landfield, but the cost is good, the people that work there is always nice, you get in & out most the time 15 minutes, & I'm done
