I purchased a gallon of Ortho Home Defense Insect killer. The wand was defective and I changed batteries twice to make sure they were not dead, I contacted the company and asked if I could purchase a new one. To my surprise they sent me a new one no charge. Being a small item for a large company they really stepped up by showing me every customer is important. Thank you to the Ortho Group and Scotts Company. I highly recomment these companies.
Easy to locate, ample parking, very nice modern interior, great people to work with, and the greenest grass on their lawn! A pleasure to visit.
