I discussed Chimney Foundation issue with Tom Wagner from Seagate Foundation Services. I found that Tom was very well informed as how to fix problem with a double helix pier where chimney had pulled back from house. Price was competetive.

I hired them in 2020 to do some foundation work, where I had a crack with water leaking through after rains. They came with a good recommendation from my neighbor. They fixed the crack problem in the wall, sealed this wall on the inside with epoxy and the outside with hydraulic cement foam insulation, tested the drain tile where they were digging, ensuring it could run water through without blockage, backfilled with stones, and built a replacement stoop after having had to remove an existing stoop above their excavation location. In my opinion they were totally professional, experienced, and competent - inspecting, estimating, and doing the work. I would definitely hire Seagate again, should the need arise.

Foundation crack repair from the outside - very knowledgeable, fair price quote. Workers were on time and very thorough. Excellent repair - we could barely tell they did the work - no mud or mess. Seagate Roofing did exactly what they said they were going to, when they said they were going to do and on budget. Property was left clean and would use them again in the future.

Seagate is a very trustworthy company! You can be assured that they will fix your roof/replace your roof and know that it is done right the 1st time.

They were very hesitant to come out to address a basement leak because I had gotten several other estimates before them. They claimed they were really busy even though they pay for tv advertisement. That was enough for me to move on to a company that wants to do the job and gain potential customers. I would not recommend.

Very disappointed in Seagate. They talk a good talk but don't carry out on their word. My mother's rental basement foundation leak, they verbally agreed to do the dry wall work and priced it out and agreed to do it and inadvertly left it out. It was also agreed that that the battery for the pump to keep water away from foundation would be put in the closet under stairway in the basement apartment. I was present with my mom when this was discussed. So they didn't keep to their word in doing the quoted price with the drywall work. Secondly, they didn't put the battery in closet as they said they would. Instead they put it in a bedroom. They put a hole in the wall with this pvc pipe sticking out of the wall and a huge bulky battery laying on the floor. My mom fell ill during getting this apartment basement leak fixed, her plans were to sell it. We had a construction company to take dry wall out from water damage and found out from the picture that contractor sent me on my phone that water was still coming in the back bedroom from foundation. And a crack in the wall on the other corner is from Seagate not cutting concrete correctly and that crack was created when they took the concrete walk out to dig. My mom paid a 25 year warranty plan and will not take responsibility or can't trust their word. They took advantage of an elderly 83 year women. And they will not make it right. I would give them a zero star rating.

Had them come and put a tile system in my basement. The work was done well and on time. However I still have water in my basement. They have yet to fix the problem.

Called for an appointment. He never arrived. No call from anyone. I had to call only to be told "that's unlike him but things happen" Very unprofessional.

Seagate did a Major basement foundation repair for me. My basement walls were leaking like a garden hose and bowing in.

When they were done. All was cleaned up and dry. I was able to paint it with regular paint and no more water issues and the walls were rock solid. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Thank you Seagate

Seagate definitely gets my recomendation. They did a roof for me 14+ years ago and it had a 15 year warranty. I had a problem with it, they came immediately out and repaired the issue at no charge. Told me that if anything else comes up please call. Very impressive customer service. They do what they say
