Lloyd is the real gem here! Any issue that I had, was met with friendliness and a quick response. The unit itself was clean and in good condition. During a downpour I found myself very much wishing that there were gutters as the downpour was coming down right over my door latch -consequently I got very wet -so if you need to access the unit, unless it is necessary, as was the case for me, avoid it during a downpour.
Getting in and out of the lot flows smoothly, The lot is paved which is great and you can't beat the location!

The man in glasses with short hair was Very polite and respectful and well mannered. Always eager to help and very enthusiastic. Definitely will come back here at the store my stuff.

I had a rough start by no one's fault. My door would not open the day before my moving truck was due. It was a Sunday and Deana and the upper management were very quick to resolve the problem! Very clean, excellent management and my deepest gratitude for customer service even though I guess I posted an unfavorable review months ago. I can't find it to remove it. Thank you Deana!

Dealt with Deana the 2 yrs I was there. She was a pleasure. (that's why the Five Stars) I had to leave, due to another price increase.

My husband and I used SecurCare Self Storage for about two months while we were in between houses during our move. The unit was clean, communication was clear, and it was easy to access. We will absolutely use this establishment again if we need storage.
