I cannot tell you the fear and trepidation which follows the realization that something priceless is lost. Such is the case with Data lost from my hard drive. Secure Data Recovery was able to retrieve data lost due to a power surge hit taken by my Hard drive. Songs, musical themes, used for musical entertainment artist, Jingles and Film music compositions, Computer based training, data and statistics from meetings. I had misplaced some hard drives from my military career and found them 10 years later. One of the hard drives would not turn on and of course it was the most important one to me. I reached out to Secure Data and was helped by Jonathan and the experience could not have gone any smoother. Would recommend to anyone that finds themselves in this position.

Due to an improperly configured NAS (only 1 drive), the drive eventually failed. An inspection revealed that the read/write heads failed, and as a result, 10GB out of 623GB of data were unrecoverable.

The recovered data was transferred and sent back in a timely fashion. Very satisfied with the service.

My phone broke from water damage and taking it to a repair shop and a conclusion that the motherboard could not be salvaged, I sent it over to Secure. From beginning to end, I had one designated contact (Jonathan N.) who was responsive and professional along every step. When you visit their local office to ask questions and drop off, employees are patient and knowledgeable. It was not an easy or fast process, but we went back a few times to troubleshoot and give me instructions on how to retrieve the salvaged data onto my new phone. Had my 15+year old hard drive recovered fully which I didn’t think was possible especially after taking it to a few other data recovery shops in which they were unable to recover my data in which I barley even had communication with them, but with secure data recovery and team, I got everything on that failed drive back in a flash and problem free. I had an old mp3 whose battery finally died. On it I had numerous sandskrit chants I sing. I spoke to Eric and initially was skeptical but decided to go ahead after he told me: 1) they had the tools to do a job on a device so small (2) he thought getting 100 % of the data off would be no problem. They got all the data off and I transferred it to a new mp3. I was impressed.
