The staff are very friendly and they are reasonably priced if you don’t have insurance. They did an excellent job with my children and I am very pleased with the results.

I was told when I was 12 that I had 8 cavities when in reality I only had two. They told my sister she had 7 cavities when she only had one. Plus they wouldn’t let my aunt come back with us to get the fillings so we just left and went to a better dentist! Don’t listen to these people!

Very dirty and smells. Theres mold in the xray room on the ceiling, theres rust under the dental chairs. Disgusting. Unprofessional people here.

The staff here were extremely rude and verbally abusive with my daughter - I will never go back.

I have been going here for 4 years now with my daughter and i absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing and so generous. I now am taking my new child here! They took very good care of both my children. The only thing i would change/ add is more toys in the waiting room for the children!

I was very satisfied with the care of my children. My problem was with the office manager. She is very rude. I had 4kids there 1 was getting filling and staffed asked me to go back. Other 3 in lobby. 14 and two 9 years old
They were watching t.v. Quietly
She ran to back saying you left your kids unattended. I tried to explain that they asked me to come to back with younger child. She said I understand but you can't leave othe kids. I said I can't be 2 places at one time. She did not care and was very rude. Made me leave hound child in back to sit in lobby
I suggested if this is the case then filling and cleaning of multiple kids need to be scheduled separately
She She could have handles the situation very differently. By doing so set a better example for her staff.

Worst place. Julie Decker is very rude.she hung up on me twice even though I was being polite she still hung up on me.this place was a horror to my child.they took his teeth when he was only 2 years old and it made him feel so insecure about his teeth growing up that his adult teeth grew out so wrong. My child is now 8 years old and is so embarrassed to even smile.he also gets picked on.knowing that he needs braces now it might take another procedure to even get his teeth fixed for braces that's how bad they destroyed his teeth. Thanks small smiles for the hurt and pain you cause my child that I as a mother have to fix thanks

Every member of the staff was excellent with my 5 year old. From the x-ray tech to the hygienist to the dentist. They explained everything to me, made her feel at ease and made for a very pleasant appointment.

Best pediatric dentist in Cincy! They are always so gentle and patient with my kids. Couldn't be happier with them!
