I called for a Wrist Crassage and Bootenier a week in advance of Homecoming. The lady that answered the.phone was VERY rude and complaining about the amount of orders she was receiving. She went on and on about how she had too stay late too get everything done. I gave her kind words and she continued to complaining I went too pick them up hours before Homecoming IT WAS $65! $65!? !? A Crassage and Bootenier! NEVER AGAIN!

My Grandmother loved her flower arrangement I ordered for her for her 90th birthday! Thank you so much! It has brought her a lot of joy.

Just called to see if they could help us out was completely unprofessional rude and hung up on us. We get it’s busy time but being polite and professional is free and doesn’t take time. Don’t recommend them won’t use them

We chose Seifert's Flower Mill for our wedding and they were absolutely amazing. I love flowers, but I am not very creative so I wasnt able to offer much as far as a "vision" I wanted. After sending a few photos of our wedding colors, explaining the style I liked, and naming a few flowers I was familiar with, they took care of the rest. Our wedding flowers were absolutely amazing, I couldn't have dreamed of anything better. Our wedding party was very large (18 people), and we also had two mothers, three dads, two grandmas and two grandpas. Nothing was out of place, they accommodated a last minute corsage and boutonniere, the prices were super reasonable, the delivery was on time, they took the time to come to the venue and set up/decorate our arbor and head table. I am so grateful we chose Seifert's - they really put the icing on the cake for our beautiful weekend.

My step mother lives in North Canton and every time I have flowers delivered by Seiferts she is thrilled. They never disappoint when I tell them I want it over the top

Called the day before and ordered a $50 dollar vase of flowers. Got there no flowers and then she quickly put a vase together that has 3 fresh flowers and the rest were old. The vase was a third full. They had a $40 vase that was more full then I got. I ended up at Buehlers and got a vase the same size stuffed full of flowers and had 4 roses instead of 3 for $45

I had called to order a bouquet of flowers for my mom's birthday. I spoke with Cathy, she was SO pleasant and patient during the whole ordeal, despite me needing to cancel and replace the order and change the address multiple times.

I had given her a budget ($70), and a description (that my mom liked the color purple and I had found the Isle of Tahiti and Mod Magenta online as possible inspiration) and asked for them to be delivered the next day first thing (despite placing the order 2 hours before close.)

The bouquet turned out BEAUTIFUL! The delivery was on time and she absolutely LOVED them. Thank you so much for helping with my order and being patient despite the obstacles I threw your way.

My daughter sent me flowers last Wednesday the 27th. They are wilting now. The daisy's are almost dead, the roses dont look anything like the picture, and are bending and wilted. I know she spend a good amount of money. I'll very dissapointed and upset. I need to let her know this, you cant do this to ppl.

I am leaving a funeral and beyond disappointed in what showed up for the $69 we spent! Yes that included the $9.95 delivery but it was more like a $35 arrangement! Never again! I should have waited until Flowers by Pat in Massillon opened up to order flowers because they have incredible arrangements especially for that price. I’ve seen what others do for that amount and this in comparison was pitiful!

I ordered flowers online here in Nashville to send my mom for Mother’s Day. I am not sure what they went by, but it was not the description or photo that was represented on site. Very disappointed. Not worth 72 dollars at all! And had I not had a 20% discount, it would have been 85 dollars! Super sad!

Seiferts recently made an absolutely stunning saddle arrangement for my Grandfather's funeral. It was fresh, full and beautiful. They really listened to our special requests (specific flowers and colors for a veteran) and delivered something that truly honored his memory and his life.
