23From start to finish our experience was almost perfect. Most importantly, our schedule was accommodated and the cabinets themselves arrived in perfect condition with nothing missing or damaged. The woodwork was extraordinary and what one would expect from custom Amish-made cabinets. Highly recommend the Dayton store - thanks, Tim!
Spent 20k on cabinets and countertops for our Loveland home. Ended up in the middle of a battle between installer and company. Install plans were screwed up. Truth issues and disorganized. I had to dispute financing. Ended up releasing financing to be done with them. Still finding issues and parts not completed. Very sad. They did provide 500.00 in kitchen storage items but certainly not equal to the issues and remorse we are having for using them.
I visited the showroom in Miamisburg with my family. We were ignored by the staff. Terrible customer service!
