Edited from 5 star review that I posted many many years ago (will keep the original posted below) as I WAS a patient for over 10 years until Dr Sellers moved from the Tallmadge location to Hudson and completly changed the office staff and the way of making appointments and answering calls. I'm sure he personally didn't make the changes but the process went from relatively painless to extremely long wait times and very rude staff (note, I would contact the office a couple times a year, I am NOT a habitual patient who insists on being seen immediately). I never had a problem with messages being relayed, appointments being set, or even had a single gripe until all of the new changes came about. I have since found a new Dr that does it for the patients, not the paycheck.

I've been a patient of Dr. Sellers for years. He is wonderful. He takes his time with you and makes sure you are getting the best health care possible.
Over the years i've needed a few things from him via telephone. I trusted his staff to to relay the messages to him and they always get an answer back with me the same day.
I am very comfortable having him in my corner when it comes to my health.
I can't believe someone gave him one star due to a problem with the office staff. And if the staff tells you to come in 15 mins early on your first visit, then come in 15 mins early so they have your info. People will find anything to complain about. Even if it is their fault.
Another good thing about Dr Sellers if that the wait is never long to be seen! Probably because the office staff doesn't let jerks who can't follow instructions and come in late be seen.
