Used this company for two years. This year something changed. Was not aloud to speak to my contact but still received business cards in the mail. Received an email application to fill out for meds and conditions. Receptionist could not give me any specific information regarding call backs or appointments. Really frustrating! I just called AARP and went through their Medicare supplement number and reviewed plans and pricing on the AARP SITE.
Just can’t rely on anyone today to be up front and honest.
