Cosmetics Store SEPHORA reviews
13The management staff here was very rude and unprofessional. One manager told me something incorrect, and when I went in to get it fixed, another said to me that I should have read and not listened to what the first manager had to say. I find that ridiculous. I reached out to corporate to have the store reach out to me, and I haven’t heard a single thing. Overall, this location has declined in quality and we never shop at this store, partly because of that and partly because the selection is limited compared to other locations in Columbus or Cincinnati.
I booked two appointments here for two different days. Called two hours early to confirm and they said they didn't haven't an appointment. They ruined my event. What's the point of scheduling?
Made my way all the way back to the store, circles twice and not one person asked if I needed help.girls standing around just chatting. When I finally asked someone for help, the manager (she was definitely the manager with a clipboard) totally ignored me, and was just concerned about reading the hourly numbers and chatting over the headset. I worked plenty of retail as a manager, and I could tell she just didn't want to help me. She was a blonde manager with long hair, very rude. I just needed help with a setting spray lady! Probably need some more training.
Was in there with my 2 little niece's and the whole time we were in there an employee was watching us like we were going to steal something. Last time i drop 200 dollars at Sephora. I will be taking my niece's someplace elsewhere next time.
First time here and poor experience. Walked in, made it all the way to the back of store and walked around looking for my brand and no one greeted me. Got the item I needed to exchange (from an online order) and the girl at the register tried to charge me full price for item I used my points on. It was the exact same item, different color. We rebutted her claim and told her she was basically stealing my points. Anytime u even exchange something even it it is no longer on sale and you have a receipt, you get the same price you paid. Isn’t that common sense!? She did not get a manager, and I said you are supposed to adjust the price. We left, called sephora online, they said she was wrong. We were going to go to a different store, but decided to go back into the store 5 mins later and were greeted this time and immediately asked for a manager, who did the exchange for us. Unfortunately the makeup was leaking and they sent it with us anyway. The store was so hot the pressure in the bottle made it liquify so they said and it looked used. Poorly trained, young employees here. I’ve been a Sephora customer for years. I will shop online or go to a Kohls sephora before coming back to this store.
Came over to pick up my online order. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great variety. Def coming back.
Sarah popped into our business and was so friendly in letting us know some of the promotions they were offering. We came over and we’re greeted right away by Shayla. I needed a color match for a wedding this weekend and wanted to try your best skin ever foundation. Shayla color matched me in no time and got me a matching concealer as well! 10/10 would recommend! Thanks again ladies!
I loveeee this sephora. The employees are so nice and helpful, and there's so much to look at. The store is always clean and organized.
Good store but I dread going here because the minute you step in the door you are approached by the employees like vultures. Yes I’m still doing fine like I was the last minute someone asked…
It’s been almost a year since I last shopped at this location. Usually I have a great experience and have multiple sales people helping me. However during my recent visit this past weekend, I was not spoken to once the entire hour I was in the store. I overheard conversation between the workers that was unprofessional to say the least about another coworker. I was unable to find my shade in this new foundation I wanted. I feel unwelcome so I just left. I will not be returning to this location again or any Sephora.
Every one always helps me and answers every question. Yesterday I bought a new bottle of Tom ford and the floor person Britney was super helpful, and went over she honestly needed to do.
OK, salesperson obviously on commission, didn't take time or end the sale well. No closure. Not personalized like their store in Hawaii.
Kayla and Casey were so sweet and welcoming, they helped me find a ton of new stuff and just provided excellent service.
