Joe told us that "remediation" was very successful, and should avoid a complete septic replacement. He said he had a special chemist formulate the chemicals for our soil type, and that's why the chemicals he dumped into our leech beds were $3,000. He said if it didn't work, next step would be basically fracking our old leech beds to the tune of $16-18,000. However, he said he would apply some of the $3,000 towards this if it became necessary. Of course, the chemicals did not work, and when I reached out to him, he denied the whole conversation. Not only that - a COMPLETELY NEW SYSTEM is going to be $15,000 MAX. So, we spent thousands we should not have spent that could have gone towards a new system. Worst part is - when we called several other companies to get a quote for the new system, as soon as we said "we tried remediation" they said "Lemme guess - you called good 'ol Joe at the Septic Surgeons? " So this man is well known in the area as a sheister. FYI. Don't be fooled. Wish I had my $3,000 back. Don't waste your money here!
Clearly doesn’t need you money, hes rude on the phone, summit county gave me a list of 80 installers id call any one of them before I call this clown
If I could give them zero stars I would. Completely rude and unprofessional and do terrible work. A brand new system 4 years old and it doesnt work at all. DO NOT RECCOMEND.
I been waiting for job done over half year took the money and it never been done. Scams Not trust.
