Chandler was very welcoming and professional. I think it was his first time and he did an spectacular job. There was a lady coworker who assisted him in the step by step process. Worst experience of my life, if I could give it 0 stars I would, the sense of urgency is ridiculous, the communication is horrible.
So far I have bought two cars from them and my salesman, Scott, has made both a breeze, all I had to do was tell him what I wanted and within two hours I’m driving home in a new car, I would definitely recommend Serra Chevrolet.

Joy Hooper is the greatest and the nicest person to work with. Ted was so great also in helping me find what I wanted. The finance manager was so thorough and helpful. Eric and the service crew at Serra did an excellent job and helped me out of a tight spot. They diagnosed and completed the repairs on my Chevrolet equinox in record time and got me on my way. I would recommend their service department to anyone in need of a repair.
The customer service was awesome. I was greeted at the door. I don't remember his name but I felt vauled. He asked a few questions and then set me up with a salesman. I didn't feel like another number.
Our experience today was amazing! Christopher was great as he was very funny while still getting us the best deal. Definitely coming back in the winter to trade in my Kia Sorrento and I want Christopher to help me again!
As a finicky buyer I really enjoyed this group at Serra. George Patton was my contact who when I could not find my specific Yukon was able to bring around a trade in and ended up being my car with no regrets. Any minor issues were gladly refined and I was on my way. Drove it around a full day, washed it, he filled it up and Bingo! My suggestion would be to see George and tell him "Sam" sent yah! I can also say after speaking the other sales people, manager and Owner any one of these thoughtful associates would be be a pleasure to work with.

That connected me to a person in sales named John Graham. I couldn’t be more happy about how polite and helpful he was.
I wasn’t in a hurry to buy a vehicle so I had the benefit of being able to check out a few dealers that had vehicles I was interested in. When I met in person with John Graham at Serra Chevy he was eager to help me get into the vehicle that I wanted not a vehicle that the dealer needed to sell.
I will be highly recommending friends and family to getting in touch with John when they are ready to buy or lease a vehicle.

Outstanding car buying experience. No pressure sales. Ryan listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. I’m not an impulsive buyer. He exercised patience knowing the goal was to make me a satisfied buyer. He and the Serra team delivered on making me a satisfied customer. Serra is a Family friendly atmosphere from the welcome on the showroom floor, to the test drive, through financing and vehicle delivery!
Was charged $190 for a $9 bolt that took 5 minutes to put on. Unfortunately this behavior reinforces the stereotype that dealerships try to screw you every chance they get. Needless to say, will never get my vehicle serviced here again.
