The team worked long and hard and we’re very careful & respectful in cleaning up after the job was completed.

Michael come out first to complete and estimate. Once we came to an agreement, Euclides and Alan came out to complete the remediation. It took about a week total from first visit to when they packed up the mitigation equipment.

SERVPRO was the first mitigation company we called when we discovered that our pipes had busted and our home was a disaster. We were informed that our name would be placed on their waitlist due to the high volume of calls based on the weather event that occured and that someone would get back to us. I'm completely reasonable and understood this was a special situation so I waited patiently with my name on other lists for mitigation. After four days, we hadn't heard from SERVPRO so I followed-up to find out the progress of our service request. We were told it might be another week or more because SERVPRO was so busy with other requests due to the weather event that occured. In the meantime, PuroClean contacted me to tell me we were #10 on their waitlist and should expect someone out in 1-2 days. Fast forward 1.5 weeks.my home is completely mitigated by PuroClean and I STILL haven't received a follow-up call from SERVPRO about our status on their waitlist. That is TERRIBLE customer service regardless of how busy your company was! My issue is with the non-responsiveness of the company.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael and his team for water mitigation services. Michael was outstanding in coordinating with his crew and getting the work done in a timely manner. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I am hopeful that the crew was able to remove all moisture from under my LVT floor and drywalls. I highly recommend Michael and his team for their exceptional service and understanding nature.

The two gentlemen that came to my house were very professional and courteous. They got down to business and did an awesome job. I would recommend them highly. On a scale of 1-10 I would give them an 11. Thank you for doing such a great job

My mother had to have mitigation and repairs done due to pipes leaking. The company was not transparent with us and still are not. Appears they lack communication with the insurance agent as well. The mitigation lasted about 3 days from around Oct 1. It is now 2 months later and my mother is still sitting with exposed walls in her house, and she is on oxygen. As of yesterday, they said they will have someone call her in about 2-3 weeks to schedule an appointment for the repairs. If you want work done in a timely manner, I would not recommend. So, the wait time is 3 months and counting.

ServPro was called in by our landlord at our business location for minor smoke damage. They explained the smoke removal process and got us all set up. We appreciate their thorough explanations of everything that was happening.

GREAT service! I cannot thank the guys that came to my rescue enough. The technicians were at my door within a couple hours of my original call and cleaned the water damage in my kitchen in no time! Highly recommend!

They said work would start in 4-6 weeks. After 4 weeks I was told it is 4-6 weeks from approval of the quote to just get a project manager assigned. So still another 4 weeks just to have a project manager assigned and no date prospect of when we would have work starting. The sales guy was misleading, only wanted the job without care for our well being or the project even being completed. The manager or some other guy in the office was so rude on the phone I have no other option than to drop them and scramble to find another company.all of this is after I had to make multiple phone calls to the office to the sales guy in the first two weeks just to get a copy of the quote and their delay on getting me a quote was ‘not their fault’ per the office. All around awful experience.

The estimator came to my house and gave me a quote, but now I cannot get them to even give me a date for remediation. At first they were trying to give me a date for both remediation and repairs, but it took me numerous emails reminding them to get back to me with dates. After waiting a few weeks, I asked them to do the restoration only because I thought the repair scheduling was the hold up. I have emailed multiple times but can’t seem to get a response. I will be calling someone else today. Guess that is what I get for using a national franchise over a more local business.

Wind had a tree fall on my house, insurance sent my info to Servpro. Weather was calling for evening rain. THIS Servpro location would not remove the tree out of the roof, (some other Servpro locations do, says insurance) but Servpro told
me after the tree is removed, they will tarp it. After I get an emergency call to a tree service,
they come out towards dark and get the tree removed. I call back Servpro, and they can’t tarp it “because it’s too dark outside. ”Meanwhile, I’m three states away. Some “emergency” service they are. THEY WERE NO HELP and delayed me from getting help for hours! TERRIBLE SERVICE, WILL NEVER USE!
