Shout out to Katelyn and her crew they did a great job drying everything out. Also cutting out anything that was wet. Putting our things in the middle of the floor and covering with plastic. We are hoping nothing got wet marks but won't know until we can remove the plastic. Thanks for showing up so fast and very perfeshanel servpro. They all deserve a raise in my book. I want to take the time to honor Team Dobson, with Servpro, and try to express my deepest gratitude for this crew! Our long lasting beautiful shop was devastated by the water surge, and we didn’t even know where to start. Andrea, who is an angel, just came in and just started the process. She just took the first step, and guided us to move forward. She was so genuine and encouraging when we were at our worst moments of grief. She was our rock! Kevin, who I am sure is Kevin from heaven, was so amazing! His mere presence was so calming, warming, and encouraging. He led his crew (who are also angels) in such a way that his leadership gave us hope and foresight that we are going to make it, and we will be okay. Jamie and Casey were also rays of sunshine for their motivation, dedication and leadership that inspired all of us to keep putting one foot in front of the other! Paso a paso. You just have to take it step by step, and know that this crew will guide you through your darkest moments. There are simply not enough words to express our deepest gratitude for Servpro; Storm Team Dobson!

Attended a CE class with Servpro and I was highly satisfied by the professionalism and the amazing, friendly staff. The entire company seems to be very intelligent and highly trained and organized. Rodd Meyer was our instructor and I must say his intelligence, professionalism, and sense of humor combined made the class quite enjoyable. From my point of view, in the janitorial position at Servpro, I seen people less qualified for certain job positions, get the job based off illogical reasonings. The way the management handled situations was biased and one sided, unfair, and unprofessional.

There's a good reason these guys have a 4.9 star rating. They made a terrible scenario bearable for us. A sewer contractor working for the city flooded our basement with 1-2 feet of sludge 1.5 weeks before Christmas - it knocked out our HVAC and hot water, too. (We found out about the issue at around 5PM that day.) ServPro had a team at the house the following day to clean a path over to the HVAC - thanks to their quick response, we were able to get our HVAC guy in and get things up and running before the temperature dropped that night.
Lamar, Ramsey, and Clinton worked tirelessly, and in very tough conditions, for three days getting everything cleaned, dried, and sanitized and removing the non-salvageable items and materials. David and Alex were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process - any questions or requests we had were addressed immediately. (David replied to one of my emails within 20 minutes.at 11: 45PM!)
Every time we would think of something that needed to be done that we wanted to ask them about, they'd already thought about it and had a plan in place. These guys are extremely professional and thorough, and I give them my highest recommendation. If you've got a tough situation to deal with, call ServPro of Ashtabula/North Trumbull - they'll turn a terrible situation into a positive experience.

We were very pleased with the work done in our basement. From the initial contact to the end of service all the guys were professional, talented, and very helpful. They answered all our questions and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We'll recommend them to anyone.

Randy of SERVPRO saved us from purchasing a home that had extensive mold and water damage. Contracts were signed and the defects were hidden on the disclosure report. I was 400 miles away when I called Randy in tears afraid of what I got myself and my family involved in. He was so professional and concerned. He was such a great person. He drove there and met my realtor, brought his instrumentation, found 3 active leaks, mold and foundational issues. He is so skilled, my realtor with 30 yrs experience said Randy taught him so much and showed him what to look for. My realtor loved the guy. He just saved us a ton of money and misery. If you need a person who is a totally reliable pro, Randy is your man. He is ten gold stars across the board and I cannot thank this man enough.

They have five good workers and not one of them is Rachel but if you can't get them your services aren't garunteed to be great the wait till last minute and are always in a rush management seems to push everything on the workers, equipment is in poor condition and isn't treated right they hardly send sales men to check the job b4 sending workers out. Fix these problems and your janitorial should preform 200% better

Wonderful service! Chris and Rich (the "A" team) were professional and thorough, going above and beyond in a much-needed furnace vent cleaning for us.and even cleaning all of our floors afterwards to make sure there wasn't any dust remaining after their hard work. We were extremely happy with them, and with the company!

When our Plummer came to our house we realized we had a serious emergency. We found ServPro online and they called back immediately and set things in motion working with our insurance. The two young men showed up on time and asked a few questions and jumped into action. My husband and I had to work and left them to do their job which they did to perfection. Very respectful and honest. Would recommend their service to anyone who wants it done right.
