Settler's Landing Apartments, Streetsboro OH

Our family has lived in these apartments for 4 years, I think? We're really happy to be calling this our home for the time being. The maintenance staff is always completely amazing, the office personal are always incredibly friendly. It really is a great place to live.:)

Truly liked living here and I would recommend to anyone living in Streetsboro. Communication with management was clear, the community was quiet, and our specific apartment (first floor) was very convenient. All the amenities were as advertised.
Lots of people live here, so there was a lot of trash & sometimes I could not park close to our apartment. That said, I would live here again if I moved back to Streetsboro!

Settler’s Landing is a great place to call "home". I have lived here for ten years and I absolutely love it. It’s quiet and peaceful and the staff is very professional and friendly and they always greet you with a smile and are helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The maintenance staff is Awesome. Repairs are handled in reasonable timing. The grounds and facilities are beautiful and immaculate. I am very proud to live here. The workout rooms are open 24/7 and are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I feel safe living here and my three bedroom apartment with a balcony feels like I am living in a house. The doorways are huge compared to most apartments so moving in is a breeze. Settlers Landing is by far the Best place to live compared to all the apartments around when you compare cost and apartment amenities. I highly recommend Settlers Landing to live. It is the best apartment living in Streetsboro.

Right apartment, wrong complex. This place is ghetto and run down. The unit we saw was absolutely disgusting, and when I was leaving the leasing office, I stepped on a needle.

I would rate it 3.5 stars if I could. I have been meaning to give my rating. I lived here from August 2020 - October 2022. A lot happened in that span of time. The first year was awesome. My five stars dwindled the moment I got new, loud upstairs neighbors. I lived on the second floor in one of the 3 floor buildings. I never heard anything until new neighbors moved in above. Their dog ran laps for weeks. Basically from the end of 2021 till I moved out I had to sleep with the fan running to not hear the dog running or the people walking/stomping. I worked at a zoo before and those elephants feet were quieter. I went to the office and there is nothing you can really do about it because its due to the actual structure of the apt. They were not throwing parties or anything it was simply just movements. The other thing I didn’t like was the trash situation… However, everything else was great. The apt itself was nice - I will say every apt is different though so definitely go on a tour of the one you would Get. The maintenance and office workers ALL are awesome. Anything I needed fixed would get done ASAP and then people in the office always helped me if I had a question. I have no regrets living here. Especially because the price for living here is so much cheaper than MANY other places for all you get. No hidden fees, the workers are straight upfront with you. I enjoyed The gym, pool, and safe feel. The first winter they did an amazing job at snow plowing and I had a garage. The second winter… not so much- so every year is honestly different. What I would change if I could do it again is living on a top floor so I couldn’t have people above me, other than that it was great. I didn’t move out because of the apt. If I was still living in an apt I would still be here!

The new management was such a breath of fresh air. Mike was great and always listened to our concerns and made sure our maintenance requests were done in a timely fashion. The maintenance staff was very nice and helpful as well. It’s a great complex for family’s and very quiet. We enjoyed our year at Settlers landing!

I lived here from July 2021 to July 2022 and it's a very nice place! The pool is nice and maintenance staff are all very friendly. I rarely heard neighbors through the walls while in the apartment itself, which was great. Getting the security deposit back was a slow process, but we did get it eventually.

I’ve dealt with the most racist and unprofessional staff at this place. As a Black woman I don’t even feel comfortable in this community. The entire plight of it is ran down!
