Seven Hills Women's Health Centers, West Chester Township OH

Unfortunately, it's not the facility it used to be. The doctors are rarely available now and the staff are short and rude. I was trying to get scheduled for an issue as well as a regular appointment and the person was so rude on the phone I just took an appointment over a month out just to get off the phone with her. I did ask if there was another doctor who wasn't my preferred doctor and I got a lot of attitude. Now I don't know what to do about my issue. Likely looking for a new Women's Health Facility that treats people better.

Too short on the phone when you need to ask about RX and sent it to the wrong pharmacy … because she hung up on me (Anne) (she should not be answering phones because wow) and my Doctor had an AirPod in the whole time, which I usually wouldn’t mind but it seemed a little unprofessional for my first visit with that doctor. Don’t even get me start on Dr. Rahe told me 2 years ago my health problems were my own fault and did not help me in any way just left me crying. The nurses are SO WONDERFUL and the lovely secretaries and front of office so so kind and wonderful.

I have been coming to Seven Hills for over 15 years. Dr. Sabin is amazing - personable, caring, and invested in my health. I have seen several other doctors within the practice and they are all amazing!

I’ve been going to Seven Hills Women’s Center for over 8 years now. The staff there are professional, respectful and wonderful. Dr. Strovall is amazing and very knowledgeable. She listens to her patients and don’t judge. She has the biggest heart. I love being a patient there at Seven Hills

Dr. Stovall is the very best, she is thorough in doing an examination, listens well to your concerns and is very easy to talk to about anything.

Dr Caitlin McCarthy is amazing! She listened and addressed my concerns. She is very proactive, compassionate and makes you feel very involved in your care. I cannot say enough good things about her and her staff!
