Seven Hills Women's Health Centers reviews
15The doctors here were so nice and professional and i got the care i needed i highly recommend seven hills to a friend or family
Been to the practice since 1996. Excellent. Staff helped family member get over stage 4 cancer.
I have been attending the practice for years. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were fabulous during both of my pregnancies and through menopause.
I have a great doctor i love seven hills women's clean for any women that is expected their first child or 2 please go their do not wait until it's too late when your baby comes and you don't even know it
I just gave birth last week and went here my whole pregnancy since I was 6 weeks pregnant. The staff are amazing, very friendly and non-judgrmental (I'm 15 and they didn't treat me differently in any way). Molitoris delivered my daughter and was amazing, I had the best birth experience. Very grateful to have chose this as my obgyn place. If I ever get pregnant again in the future I will be coming back, and I will recommend this place to any pregnant person I meet who lives in the area.
Been with this practice since turning 18 yrs old. All three of my children were delivered by Doctors in this practice even though we moved from the area. Always will stay right there!
Dr. Reilly is great! Very informative and courteous. Have been seeing him for years and it’s always a great experience. I feel very comfortable asking him questions and speaking to him about any issues I may have. He is very observant, and a great listener.
The whole staff was great during my pregnancy. Very courteous and pleasant. I cannot express how appreciative I am to Seven Hills Women’s Health Centers for the care they provided me!
Special thanks to Dr. Jabin for being so sweet and supportive when returning my on call voicemail.
Also thanks to Dr. Schutte who was amazing when providing me support and guidance through labor and C section of my baby boy. I cannot thank you enough!
I have been going to Seven Hills Women's Center for a few years. I really like Dr. Karram and I feel very comfortable talking with him about my health issues. He really listens and seems to really care. I plan to continue going there.
Everyone is so nice and helpful! The lady at the front desk (her name escapes me right now) was extremely helpful today! She always is but she went above and beyond for me today. I could not find my new insurance card and she was able to go to United Health Care’s website and get my info! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you!
Love my winton office so much i keep it a secret so i never had longer than a ten min wait lol. This office is fast at getting me in. Make sure im involved with all my health care concerns and theirs while never feeling alone. After two years of care with them i decided to finally have a child and my pregnancy was not easy but they took my plain in consideration first and before they had to change it they notified me promptly while watching and keeping a eye on my baby every step of the way. I couldn't have ask for a better non judgmental team who i will continue with for years to come. Thats to every Doctor, Nurse, and the administrator as well as my friends at the front desk. They are truely the best team around. Thank you from bottom of my heart.
Have had a great experience with the doctors I have had so far! Love the one on one attention I get to my specific needs! And they are great in involving my 3 year old in every step of my pregnancy!
Came here as a new patient for a routine check up. I arrived 30 mins before my appointment to fill paper work out but waited almost a hour before I was seen. Was told I was seeing a women when I made the appointment but to my surprised when I showed up I was told I was going to be seeing a Male (Dr. Riley). The whole visit was very uncomfortable he was dry, nonchalant, very short and to the point. One of His assistants was standing by making faces. I WILL NEVER COME HERE EVER AGAIN! Very unprofessional! It just seem like he only cared about going home!
Dr. Karram is AWESOME, but the front desk staff and the surgery coordinator need some work. Their lack of contact, follow up and follow through is unsatisfactory. I had to contact them several times to make sure tasks such as medical records requests and patient payments were being completed. Also, during my post surgery follow-up exam the surgery coordinator Lynn came into the exam room while I sitting on the examination table with my clothes off "bottom down" to apologize to me about my customer service experience then ended her apology with a hug. I appreciated her apology, however, with me being "naked" in an examintion room it felt awkward and to be honest, I felt "cornered. " Maybe waiting until my exam was complete and I was properly dressed would have made for a more comfortable moment if that makes sense. She also has her own office with a door, so why she choose that particular time and place is bewildering.
I have been going to Dr. Teterick for almost 30 years. He is a super nice doctor. I never feel like he is rushing me out the door. Always listens to what I have to say.
I am very dissatisfied with this practice. I went to one location when I first discovered I was expecting, the staff was so unfriendly I switched to a different location in hopes that the staff there would be better. I was wrong. After only visiting two times, I decided to switch to a completely different healthcare provider. Since I have stopped attending Seven Hills Women's Health Centers I've been receiving bill after bill. I have a great insurance plan and have never had to pay out of pocket for anything. One bill is for $480, another is $5, etc. These are random bills! They also insisted I pay a $500 "OB deposit". Which is something I nor anyone in my family has ever heard of. A close friend of mine attends the same practice, same location, is also pregnant and has never received a "OB deposit" bill. When I called to get information on what the hell a OB deposit is the unfriendly woman was only able to give a vague explanation on what it is. "It is something that we require all patients to pay". I asked if I should call my insurance company she insisted that I do not call my insurance company because it has nothing to do with them "would I like to set up a payment plan". Seems like that's their way to get more money from patients. Do not attend this practice! Waste of time!
