5My wife & I loved the bungee cardio class! The dolphin move is a wild experience. We loved the studio so much we came back later the same day for a soundbath meditation. We left feeling very relaxed & in a great mood. I highly recommend!

I’ve only taken a few classes so far (the pic is from candlelight yoga!) but I’m sorry in love with this studio! The yoga instructors are amazing and there’s a really sweet welcoming and open vibe
The bungee fitness class is 2nd to none! What a workout! Julie is so kind, patient, encouraging and challenged all of us in the class. I've already scheduled again! I also want to mention I am driving 38 mins to go to Seven Studios!
