I am all for supporting local business which I why I found this place and went here but I am absolutely floored by the poor quality work I received. I went to have my purse strap lengthened. The ladies were fairly nice and did warn me they might not be able to match the leather perfectly which I was fine with. However, what I received I would be ashamed to even give to a customer and charge them for full price. The stitching isn't even straight and the stitches they did use doesn't even match the original purse threading. C'mon I mean at least match the color thread, that's just laziness to not change your thread color on your machine. I would attach pictures but this review apparently will not let me.
Update: I was called by shop approx 3 months after this review and they offered to fix my purse or even buy a new one since my purse was already discarded. In lieu of the call back received I updated the star rating from 1 to 3.
