Sgd Dubu So Gong Dong Tofu & Korean Bbq reviews
15The food here is amazing and very authentic. If your looking for real Korean cuisine then this is the place! I love the side dishes here the best of the Korean places I've been, too. It's usually not very busy and the staff doesn't bug you while your eating.
One of my favorite Korean spots for Korean soup. Reminds me of my mom's cooking. Good portions and decent prices.
Went here for my son’s 15th birthday and we enjoyed. All the kids loved all the food and said 5 stars must comeback. Very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend going.
It is one of the best Korean restaurants in Columbus. Their lunch special during weekdays is worthy with various authentic korean style Tofu pots.
The food was decent. We liked the seafood pancake and the short ribs but the service was poor. The restaurant was dark and not in a romantic kind of way but in a haunted house sort.especially the dark passage to the bathrooms. What was worse is they included tip in the bill without giving you an itemized receipt so you are tricked into giving a bigger tip. Good thing we did the math.
The spicy pork was not spicy. Just sweet.
Jeyuk is so sweet. They made local people like it, not just Koreans. The picture came out well.
High quality Soon Dubu Soup with lots of options. Service was a bit slow. Food was worth it and a good value.
There's nothing special about this place. There's at least 3 other Korean spots within 15 minutes that are far better, but the food here is not bad. After 2 visits I can undoubtedly say that the service could use lots of improvement. The best part about this place so far is that there's usually no one there when we've been there to eat on the weekend at dinner time. They don't have much menu selection, which is fine. What they do serve is decent. The atmosphere and decor just seems like the restaurant isn't finished or it's a temporary location.
By far, the best Yukgaejang in the entire state! And I have been to most of the Korean restaurants in OH. Kimchi pancake was interesting but good, see pic. Kinda neat that you had to go get your own drinks from the cooler. Food was really authentic and delicious!
Our first time there based on a friend's recommendation.
We had such a wonderful experience!
So much to try with a mixture of textures and flavors. Sweet, sour, cold, hot, spicy, and mild.
We ordered the seafood pancake. I had the seafood Soon Dubu Soup with Hot Stone Bowl Rice. The Seafood Pancake was crispy filled with assorted seafood. The soup was filled with soft tofu, calamari, clams, and shrimp. The hot stone bowl provided the crispy rice at the bottom of the bowl.
Such a great dining experience!
Enjoy!
This is my absolute favorite restaurant in the city, the food and service is always amazing, I’ve been coming here for years and it’s turned into my favorite comfort food! I always get the veggie tofu soup with steamed rice. They also have the best kimchi, I went to South Korea just a few months ago and while the food was amazing of course, nothing could beat sgd for me still! Would absolutely recommend
The food was generally lackluster with dishes that were extremely light on proteins. The bathroom was a wreck with a drop ceiling stained from leaking plumbing and a urinal that had not been properly cleaned for some time.
One of my favorite places for Korean food. Food is always on-point and service is sooo nice! I love the extra yogurt drink at the end of your meal.
They don't stay open until their promised business hours.drove 30 mins to arrive there 50mins prior to closing and they didn't even let me sit down saying they were closed. I asked him if I can at least do a take out and he looked at a kitchen with a pause and said.nah.we are closed.if you want to go there, go there at least 2 to 3 hours before their actual closing time.
