In my experience, apartments and townhomes are OK. But there are 2 issues. First, cargo trains tracks are right Infront of the apartment complex, so cargo trains run all night and blow horns when they pass here because railway crossing is in the corner. So you will have sleep issues. Second, apartment manager is rude lady who is always in fighting mode. I would not recommend the place to anyone.

Place isn’t great. Community is not friendly. Not a pet friendly community. When across street is a very large dog park. They rip you off after move out with dumb “cleaning “ fees. My place smelled like crusty cigarettes when I moved in. Would not recommend. But it is in a nice location close to everything important.
