My husband & I have used Schaffer’s several times. They have found us rare parts, their team is always professional, and the equipment/part always comes when they say. I’m so impressed by them I’ve even shared their name with others.

Sent in MEI unit was told 168.00 to refurbish and repair. Later called and said would cost more than buying new! Wow wasn’t even told that was an option was told 168 for a then like new unit. Ted called me told me 356.71 and then a diagnostic fee! Owner Steve never decided to call me. Don’t use sad MEI uses
