Shake Shack, Cleveland OH

Had the shake stack & fries, delicious, this was the place to be, we had to wait for a flight. Airport “dinning room “ is a little dirty, there was a line, but 5 min.fresh, tasty, hot burger & fries… by the way super good!

Best place to eat at the airport, in my opinion, especially since they serve burgers and fries for breakfast. Food is made fresh and has been delicious both times I’ve ordered. Staff is also very kind, which isn’t always the norm for airport locations.

This place is a JOKE! They clearly DO NOT like having good workers! They like to keep all the lazy ones that don’t do NOTHING but stand around. You guys don’t want good employees that actually works and that’s sad! They definitely need better management running this MERA CORP! Because this ain’t it! You keep all the employees that are completely rude to customers and yell at customers, they stand around and do nothing. You have supervisors standing at the register doing nothing. You have employees being loud, rude, obnoxious and just not working not keeping this place clean or organized! No wonder it has low stars! At this point, it’s all about favoritism, and who you know up in management to be able to keep your job! And that’s pathetic of this company! You guys need to do better!

I ordered a double the cashier by mistake order a single one but the manager really took care of the situation and I ended up being happy with the service, I’ll come back great young manager, great

I wish I had taken photos before I started my meal. My burger looked like it should have been in a commercial. My fries were perfectly hot, crispy and well salted. Before Shake shack came to Cleveland, I was used to the ones in Miami, around South Beach. They do right every time we go. The one in Pinecrest in Cleveland is mediocre, in my opinion. So the Cleveland Hopkins location gave me what I have had in Florida - and I am all here for it.

Tried for first time.don't waste your money.burger no better than mcdonalds.had a greasy flavor.sauce was mayo with ketchup.fries non descript.don't know what all the hype is about. 5 guys way better

First time in shake shack. Everybody loves it for some reason and I was in a hurry in the airport so decided to try. Honestly not good: The meat was over cooked, almost burned. Fries super salty.

First and only experience at a shake shack. Food tastes like microwaveable dinners and of course they managed to mess everything up about every single item I ordered.

Waited 13 minutes (with other customers waiting similar times) for chicken pieces and lemonade after ordering from the kiosk, and the chicken was almost warm - and no barbecue sauce. Ordered Monday June 12th at 9 pm.at the Westlake location.

Shakes are great but rather small. Food was excellent. I’ll have to find my way by here again soon.

Placed order on Ipad. Received text that order was taken and would receive text when order was ready. NEVER received that text! Went back in 25-30 minutes later. Was told order sittting there for a while! Told them I NEVER received their text!
WAS HANDED COLD BAG OF FOOD!
