Shake Shack Easton Town Center, Columbus OH

Decent food, poor staff. No acknowledgment when you enter, seems like you’re bothering them to just pick up an order. They huddle behind the counter and there is no greeting or thank you from anyone.

This place is grimy and there were only 3 iPads to order from that kept freezing. Long wait and unkempt.
Health department needs to shut this place down.
If you want shake shack go to Dublin.

Food is good, but not worth the price. Service is sub par. The kiosk and text states they would bring your food ti your seat number, but luckily i heard them call my name. My order was completely wrong. Bathrooms were filthy. Plenty of better options else where.

Really hate that you can't order with a person. Long line waiting to get to a computer then we realize there has been an open computer for ten minutes but we couldn't see that far down. They should have lights on the wall to indicate open computers.
There really is no service to rate. Fully self-serve. Luckily they do cook the food for you. Until they figure out how to get us to do that, too.
Fries are good. My teen son loved the veggie burger.

1. This location needs to be cleaned
2. Ordered the chicken sandwich, and it was a chicken tender cut in half. Got that refunded
3. Coming from the Cary NC area and comparing that location to Easton location, this place is gross.

Mid afternoon and place is slow with every table dirty, employees are flirting with each other. It was very obvious that there was no one managing the staff today.

My sister ordered delivery. When we received our food, the fries were cold to the touch to the point where it was practically inedible. The only thing that made me wanna eat it was the seasoning that was on a fry or two and having to recook it in an air fryer. I also got the chicken bites that were slightly over greasy and had too much of a salty taste to my liking. And again, even the chicken bites were too cold to eat.

Now I don’t know how the customer service was for my older sister’s part, because she was the one who placed the order, but as my personal first time trying Shake Shack, this was heavily disappointing. Even the portion size for the Shack Sauce I received was the tiniest I’ve ever seen.

A good Shake Shack with self ordering and large patio and indoor dining room. The sticky tables were always not cleaned up. Wi-Fi was not available. The food tasted fine but their cleaning service really has to be improved.

Food was below par for shake shack chain, even compared to the other locations in columbus ohio. Burgers were cooked over and had a slight burnt taste to them. Floors were sticky. Really recommend the Shake Shack chain, but do not recommend this particular one. Not to mention, it doesn't seem like anything is getting fixed. Just poor service and little attention to detail. Please do not go to this location to measure the shake shack brand. It's really the worse one I've been to in all my years of eating at this chain.

The veggie burger was Passable, just 2 mushrooms filled with cheese, beef burger was ok, best thing was chicken nuggets and the biggest upset was the portion size, you would think you're paying for a "burger" but you'll end up with a glorified slider. Never again.

Was very busy the day I went but overall my 1st time here was awesome the food was excellent and the shake was to die for definitely a place to visit

Couldn’t order online. Couldn’t order once we got to the restaurant. Never going there again.

After attending a conference where the founder spoke about service I was ready to try my first Shake Shack. It was not good. After getting our first text about how they would let us know when our food was ready, we waited and waited. No text came. I finally got up to check l on things and there was our food just sitting on the side of the counter. It was cold and I told the employee and he just shrugged and turned away. I don't think I will eat there again, unless it's just to get a shake.

Who doesn’t love a burger from Shake Shack? !? The food was excellent. The serving was fast, for how many people were inside. Hard with parking over the weekend, and the bathroom a little bit dirty. I understand they are busy, they still did a great job so 5 stars for them. Definitely recommend it!

The food came out fast and it was hot. Only complaint, both my bro in law and my husband didn't get sauce on their burgers.

First time here and two kiosks did not work which was sad: (but had to go to the cashier to order and they was nice:)

The staff was extremely unfriendly and rude. They never told us our food was ready and when we asked they just shrugged and said “if it’s your number it’s your food”

It’s basically McDonalds with higher prices.
