Shakers Cottage, Columbiana OH

Great place to shop if you love Shaker, Early American or primitive decor. Not an overwhelmingly large store, but the selection and quality of items offered far exceeds the footprint of the shop. Located 32 miles from my home, I have been there 3 times in past two weeks. Shop slowly around the store, you'll find something you can't live without.

I would never purchase another thing from this “cottage”. The owners have no respect for a customer whatsoever. He is perfect & makes no mistakes (what he told me) Purchased a hutch that had a scratch on it (will post a pic) that clearly is from them attaching the top portion of the hutch. His only fix was to try and cover it up w a furniture marker that only made it look worse (and blame us for putting it there) I have never dealt w such rude people in my life. I could add a few more details but I will stop here.
Maybe if you learned some customer service skills you wouldn’t continually be getting bad reviews!

I absolutely love this store. Beautiful furniture, candles, wooden vintage pieces. The furniture the owner makes is unbelievably beautiful. Very reasonable prices. I can't say enough about the store. Just love it!

The husband and wife that own the store have the worst customer service ever! They have not one ounce of friendliness in them! I will never go back nor give one more cent to them! Runnions in East Palestine is definitely the place to go - the nicest people you will ever meet and they have the cutest things!

Don’t shop at this craft store! VERY RUDE OWNER. I bought one of their quilts and they fade!

First time in a couple of weeks ago. A beautiful store with wonderful furniture and accessories. While I am an hour away I am so happy to have found this shoppe and will return for fall and winter peeks.

I call this shop "up country". The items are not typical country. Beautiful florals every season. The furniture is extremely well made and will last many lifetimes. The owners are so accommodating, friendly and willing to help with your needs. I have made many purchases and have sent so many friends there.

Not only the merchandise is unique, the store design is amazing. We've bought a beautiful quilt. Will definitely come back again.
