We purchased a generator from Shanklin which was installed yesterday. Their salesman, office people, installer and electricians were all very thorough, professional, and courteous. Their work is neat and they left no mess. Everything was explained to us and questions answered. We have not used the generator yet, but everything has been top notch to this point.

From the salesman to the installers everyone was very professional. Recently I had my fall tuneup and Tommy the technician was very good. He was attentive to my questions and needs, very friendly and professional.

Arrival fee was excessive.
When I requested service it was to remove a humidifier that had fallen off my furnace and repair the water line from which it was suspended.
When service man arrived, he said he didn't have sufficient sheet metal to cover the hole so he reattached the humidifier to the furnace. Hecould not properly seal it to furnace and prevent air leaking so i gave him duct tape to seal it. I asked him to disconnect the wires so it couldn't come on accidentally. He did not do this.
He told me they didn't normally deal with water pipes but would fix for between $600 and $700. (A maximum 1 hour job) Obviously, he didn't want to do it.

Always polite and knowledgeable about the job. Needed to schedule my maintenance plus my elderly parents back to back & they were able to work with my schedule. The whole staff does a great job. Thank you!

Very professional and friendly. Brandon was very thorough, took pictures and explained all the potential issues. Recommended replacement versus repair and replacement parts. Was extremely pleased with his professionalism and friendliness. By providing options, I felt I could trust him and Shanklin.

They were very clean and Thorough during the whole cleaning of my air ducts. They also answered every one of my questions that I had about the furnace air condition and what they were doing when they were cleaning my air ducts. They took the time to answer those questions and I appreciate that very much. They did an excellent job, and the workers were very polite and introduced them self at the door. Great experience.

Brian and John did excellent work replacing the expansion valve on my A/C. The repairs were done in a very timely manner and quicker than I thought.
