5I missed one payment and was charged a late fee each month (9 total) without proper notification. There was no information in my online account that I was being charged a late fee. I only realized I was being charged because I looked at my online statement 9 months later, when I was still receiving charges after I paid off my loan.
This credit union is horrible. All they want to do is charge of fees. They don't want to do anything for you.
Worst place to ever finance a vehicle through. This company is very disorganized and drops the ball at every turn. I will never ever do business with them again.
I opened an account with Sharefax in may I’m happy that I did, because this location are very friendly and helpful and respectful they always let me know their glad to have me as a member. & always make me feel comfortable & welcoming.
