This place is amazing got me in and out, my truck looks and smells amazing, and the staff is very friendly, the price was perfect as well I got the works plus and I'm very satisfied, I highly recommend this place!

Car is clean and shiny. However, they removed some things thinking they were trash that were not. I keep a plastic cup in my car door where I put things I don't want to get shuffled around. My cup nail files and hair ties were all gone.

These guys do an excellent job! Not just the outside but the interior is fantastic. The works is just over $21 and the best service for that money anywhere! Even the door jams and inside of the hatch around latch trim. I tip them well since Im sure they dont get much appreciation. Keep it up guys!

Man they do a great job! Only reason not getting a 5 star is how the some of the front crew aggressively hound you for a tip. I gave one guy 3 bucks in quarters I had laying in my change holder and he looked at me like I gave him 2 pennies lol

Best place where you can go there, they take of your car need to get bath clean and shine plus inside vacuum neat air fresher smell good. Everything make sure satisfy and happy

Great place for an inside outside wash and you can take advantage of the Gift Card discount to save a little money. Visited today, they did a great job even though service was slow - because they were so busy.

On the visit prior to this one, I ended up missing a handful of quarters that I had left in one of the door pockets in the car. That won't stop me from using Sharonville car wash in the future, but I won't make the mistake of leaving any temptations out for the people who will be moving in and out of my car.

I usually have no problems with this car wash but, I got the work plus. I have to say I was very disappointed. They half a? Cleaned my car nothing was cleaned on the inside and carpet was not cleaned very well. Gave the guy a $10 tip which he clearly did not deserve.
Called to let them know. They took my name and number and surprise no one ever called me back!

The go to spot. Tip properly for the attention to detail (tip for all services front and back, interior vacuumers, and final interior and exterior detail. Pro tips: 1. Stay in the left lane ;). 2. Use coupons on the website to save a little and leave bigger tips.

Took an hour and a half today to get through when it normally is less than 30 min.as they didn’t have enough staff and equipment kept stopping. The interior wasn’t nearly as clean as it should be- the inside of the front windshield still had a film on it once I left and I had to rewash. To top it off, I left $3.93 in change in the console to see if it was still all there and when done there was 0.32 left. Usually they do a decent job, this is the second poor experience.

Always a great experience. Prices are one one of the best in the area. The guys do a throughout job of detailing and cleaning.

Best car wash and detail shop in town. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. And they are very accommodating within reason.

So, went in for the Works Plus.they were very busy, which fine was a sunny Sat.when got home it was obvious the guy doing the interior had some kind of residue of sorts on him while climbing thru car to do the quick detail they do.didn't realize until got home, as it didn't appear til it dried- like a hazy powdery waxish haze everywhere.went back this morning to have them wipe it back down only to be told it had to have been there previously (it wasn't), that it was a problem with car that their cleaners exposed, even though they admitted they don't clean the areas where problem occurred. Then, to top it off, Anthony called me an A$$h0l3 because I disagreed with his assessment. Asked for another manager, got Alec who wiped the car again, and low-and-behold problem mostly fixed (some spots were missed). As I let them know, was completely dissatisfied with scenario. I think when you pay over $30 for a car clean it should not come back dirtier than when it came in and customer certainly shouldn't be cussed out for wanting what they paid for.a clean car. I have been going here for over 15 years and this particular car has already been here multiple times this year alone. I have referred many people to them, as well. There was no sorry, no hey we'll fix this issue.only accusation that I was lying and must have done something or had issue before coming in.both accusations completely false. I have plenty of sources to very this.including interior photos. There quality of work has been dropping the last few years, but still liked getting clean car feel for reasonable price. I've got 4 family cars that will never get cleaned here again, nor will I ever recommend anyone to use them. No customer should ever be berated and cussed out for seeking what they paid for - a clean car.

Typically I have a great experience. Today I had to vacuum the Sears again when I got home and clean the center console. The elbow rear was totally untouched. Maybe it was a new crew?
