9The manager was rude because I asked to repeat an information, she do not let another staff answer my questions and shut her saying that it don’t matter because “she is the manager”
Bad service! I went to the office to get my renewed title according to the date they gave me. But when I got there, they said my title was not there yet, and their attitude was not that good. Bureaucratic! It needs to improve their efficiency and serving attitude!
I brought my Granddaughter to the Sharonville BMV for her maneuverability test and she was told she had to have a form copied from the library that was not even open and she could not be squeezed in for a layer appointment thus losing time from work and losing time for an appointment for myself.
As long as u reserve your spot in line online before you go you don't have to wait if not expect a long wait time
It can be really busy at this branch, but it all depends on what time you get there. I usually walk in and out within 10 minutes thanks to online check-in. Minus one star because of tight entrance from road, small parking lot, and limited seating indoors.
I was waiting 1 hour 10 minutes no one called my number when i was checking my number they told me I missed my number and get line again I wasted my 1 hour for nothing
Although time consuming, the service has been better than recent years. Just have some patience and your phone charged to surf the web or message someone while you wait
I don't know why other people not satisfied but thus BMV is one of the the best BMV, employees very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Sharonville BMV team.
On testing side lady that’s the manager Diane has a very nasty attitude towards customers. I’m not sure how she became a manager unless it was by default. Came in to transfer my license from out of state. She told us we had to take a test as if we didn’t have our license already. Recruiter at my new job asked to speak to her to get clarification as to why I had to retest. She gave us attitude said “I’m not touching your phone! ” As if I had Covid or something worse. Her whole demeanor says she shouldn’t work with people. Other than that the other side they were much nicer. Ke was the person that helped us get everything switched out. She had great energy, great customer service and she smiled when communicating with us. Tell Diane to retire or have a better attitude when talking to customers. If you don’t like your job I’m sure they have a spot for you some where else. That doesn’t involve interacting with people.
