3 times now they have butchered a order of mine. This time completely missing food. And the food we got was made wrong. There was a weird sauce on some sliders got bean and rice on my burrito when I have never gotten it and even then the burrito was barely warm. Honestly going down hill in terms of food service

They've really gone downhill. The breakfast sandwiches are smaller and the Gobz and drink section are always out of stock. It's always messy. At least it's better than #317 in Cuyahoga Falls. The workers don't even say thank you or greet you and the bathroom had no toilet paper and was disgusting!

Just ordered the Iltalian wrap. Max prepared it and I can tell you that it was the best wrap I have had at Sheetz. Hands down. Nothing fell out and it wasn't messy at all. He has made food for us before and it has always been how it should be. Keep up the great work Max! 5 stars well deserved!

Put my gas on wrong pump after I used my rewards and then when they moved it back failed to mention I'd not get my rewards too, just annoying

Probably one of my favorite spots for quick food! You can't beat their 2 for $6 menu. You have like 6 different items to choose from, where can you get basically a footlong sub for $6? I chose 2 turkey subs! You can customize it, toast it, etc.and they're good. ONE 6 inch turkey sub at Subway is over $6 so you're already saving money. Staff is always nice, food comes out fairly quickly and it's fresh. Great spot!

Friendly, peaceful with fast service with smiles. Store wasn't crowded because of the efficiency of the staff.

This place at night time is a joke. Right now I've been standing at the Cash register for about 20 minutes while the staff ignores me. Apparently they think a milkshake should take 20 minutes to make while they laugh with the manager they're making it for loudly and obnoxiously.of course while staring at may you completely ignoring me then they finally made it over to the cash register and it was a crazy hassle for them to load money on a card which is usually a 5-second process. I can only imagine how our food is going to turn out it's still sitting in a basket above the deep fryer while there is no one in the back attending to the food. It Is totally different place at night time and I always regret having to come here at night. I usually go to the green one they are a lot more on top of their work there. So I will continue to sit and wait for my food with the six other people that are here staring at the empty food line and all we can hear is people in the back laughing loudly while our food sits there this place is a catastrophe at night no one cares, but daytime is definitely the time to be here because the people that work here during the day are really good

Super clean and nice store, well stocked and service counter had good customer service. Great for a quick stop and go.

Food doesn't earn the same praise. The food was mediocre at best, and for what it is, it is rather overpriced. Girls behind the counter were obnoxious, could barely hear ourselves think while they discussed loudly their personal dramas. Service was slow, as expected, while talking.

I'd swing in for gas and odds and ends but wouldn't consider it as a place to eat in the future.

The drive thru service needs major improvements. One of the drink choices for fountain drinks never shows up even though it’s selected on the screen, which I’ve repeatedly brought to their attention and just had to wait 15 minutes to get the rest of our order after getting part of it then come to find out we didn’t have forks with our order. Not a big deal since we were going home, but had we been traveling this would have been a bigger concern. The part we waited on though… fountain drinks. This location needs to improve things. I’ve been at other locations and almost never had an issue. I don’t know why it seems to be such an issue at this particular location.

They got the goods: UL88, FLEX FUEL, DIESEL, 10% Ethanol mixed 87-93, and the uncut stuff ETHANOL FREE.

Life is better the closer you live to a Sheetz. They will feed you no matter what shift you work, and not confirm you to a regular breakfast lunch dinner menu like fast food places. This is priceless, plus they are 24/7 and consistent at every location. Better than a gas station, better then fast food. Don't believe me try the fries and nacho chz. Lol

I love this new sheetz it’s convenient an all the workers so far have been very nice I come here probably 2 or 3 times a week

Brand new store that just opened up, but have had consistent problems with the food. Waited a long time for my food because they didn't put in the mobile order rack or called my name out. Most recent visit, my curly fries have the longest piece of hair in them.

Up until I got fired, I'd go here everyday for my lunch. Never once had a problem. MTO food is always delicious.
