16I just called there and the young lady WAS very nasty, but instead of going in the store upset or filing a formal complaint, I’m going to pray for her. You never know what someone else going through the holidays so even if you don’t want to work a holiday, don’t take your ignorance out on someone else. EVERYONE DON’T HAVE A FAMILY AND OUT HERE STRUGGLING JUST LIKE YOU! That being said I m going to pray because it’s just the devil working on her and she is just hurting. She didn’t know what I was going through so I’m not going to go there with her. Her anxiety was up and she needs help, it actually is sad! I’m mourning and this disrespectful person has the nerve to take her issues out on me! Sad, that store need to get it together and do better with customer service. P. S. I Changed my mind, I m going to pray for her but I’m definitely filing some kind of complaint, she was way out of line.
Waited awhile for food had my sandwiches made and sat on counter while the fries and cheese sticks were put down because they didn't know why food was sitting there
Unfortunately, my Sheetz run was a huge disappointment. I visited on Xmas night and the store was quite busy. My guess would be around 5-7 MTO orders waiting to be fulfilled. I do not mind waiting, of course, however, as I was placing my order at the MTO screen, a worker preparing food shouted for my attention over the counter and informed me that the wait for MTO orders was 2.5 hours! She seemed to exaggerate the situation and was extremely rude and flippant. I would not recommend visiting this store, especially for MTO orders.
What kind of manager sends their employees home early because business is not as well as they thought? The fact is that as soon as they did that and on Thanksgiving Day of all times, they get slammed. It is very difficult to have to do anything with this place when you have management that is poor in that regard. All I can say is a better job could have been done if people were allowed to work knowing he was going to be busy later. That manager has no insight and shouldn't be allowed to continue working here. But that's my opinion.
I came here to get gas and a car wash and it was a waste of $15 for the car wash. I get out of Walmart and when I started loading up my groceries I noticed my car was still dirty. Dirt, water streaks, and hand prints still remained on my car and there was absolutely no brush built into the wash to scrub the car. The back or my car looks completely untouched like it wasn’t sprayed at all. My car was sprayed with soap and water and that's it. I called the store to ask for a refund and they gave it to me. I asked for them to put the $15 for the wash in my tank and I washed my windows myself at the pump. They were polite and the interaction was pleasant but I recommend only getting gas and drinks here.
I never do this. This Sheetz is an absolute disgrace. We ordered 2 large hot chocolates and waited 35 minutes for them to make them. Finally after they called or order they were 2 regular hot chocolates. When I said they were supposed to be larges she got an attitude and said that she will just dump them in the large cup and it will still fill them. I asked for a refund and of course it took them forever. I figured maybe it was just a bad day. 3 days later (today) we went back and got 2 large smoothies. This time only 15 minutes but it was because the 2 employees were just talking to each other. Finally they call the order. It was regular sizes again! I said these were supposed to be larges. I literally watched this lady go pour them in a large and hand them to us. They're a disgrace and also are ripping people off. I will drive further to go to another sheet. Also it looks dirty in there. They need new management! I hope this gets to corporate.
Bring back the regular doughnuts. Forget the fancy one you keep stocking now. The Peanutbutter Bismark was the best along with regular glazed or chocolate.
DO NOT COME HERE! I can’t believe the experience I had. I came here and ordered 2 milkshakes, went & payed for it. Started getting busier and busier, we waited for over 30 mins for 2 milk shakes! Eventually I saw the milkshakes be made but they just sat behind the counter. I gave up and went to get a refund and the employee didn’t know how to refund, his name was Larry. So he called his supervisor over and she raised his voice at him saying you should know how to do this and it’s unbelievable he doesn’t know how. He was older man and I felt terrible he was yelled. 5 mins go on and she doesn’t know how to refund. Yet she yelled at Larry. Her and the manager try to figure it out and 10 mins go bye and they finally get it. Finally got a refund. WILL NEVER BE BACK, DONT COME HERE
Come here every night after work for food. Came today and entire store is open but doors are locked. Called to ask if they were open and they said yes but a the doors locked due to staffing. Asked if I could order food online and they said systems are down. No signs on the door to indicate any information at all.
Why is your staff actively talking and laughing about customers while customers are in the store?
Terrible customer service everyday we wait for over 20 to 30min for someone to come serve us
I don't do one star reviews and I generally don't complain about food - people have off days and things go wrong. I'm half tempted to go back and see if I was getting Punked but it's 10 years too late. I'll just upload pictures if I can. The napkin was all the butter on a single bagel. That went to the birds so no more leaked on my seat but I am seriously worried that I poisoned them.
There was only two people working and we received our food late, even though we were first in line. Many people were irritated and not to mention I got food poisoning from getting a burger and mozzarella sticks. There was lettuce on the wrappers, tortilla shells in the mozzarella sticks and sauce I never ordered on the wrapper. DO NOT RECOMMEND, AND THE WORKER COULDN’T EVEN GO ON BREAK BC THEY ARE SO UNDERSTAFFED.
Before COVID-19, the best place to go for late night snacks/meal. Now however, it’s absolute rubbish. Last three times in two months have been terrible, management needs to take notice ASAP! Food, service, and cleanliness are terrible now. My most recent order (9/18, order 434) was so disgusting I threw it away as soon as I got home and opened my order. Absolutely shameful.

This location is still absolutely filthy, don’t eat anything from here, will probably catch hepatitis.

The remodel seems to have been well worth the investment, staffing/customer service still subpar, however.

Late night is back in terms of quality. Night shift supervisor Michelle is awesome, and service/food/timeliness is back on track.
The MTO menu is awesome. Always hot & fresh. Nice fountain/frozen drink selections also
I'm not sure what has happened but they need to definitely make some staff changes. Prior to their remodel the mto didn't have any issues with preparing food. Last Saturday we waited 45 minutes for our order and the food was pretty bad. The one employee didn't even act like he wanted to be there.
