Sheetz #347, North Ridgeville OH

I have been in the car wash line for 36 minutes and there are still five cars ahead of me! Each vehicle takes 7 minutes! The line bends around a building, so you don't know the exent of the line until you're stuck! Total wait for my car wash will be over hour. Absolutely terrible!

So every time I go I love the food but they throw everything together in a bag basically and the paper my sandwich was wrapped in melted into my sandwich and it was ruined because it’s thrown together sloppy. I could describe all staff and explain they’re terrible where’s customer service

Rude, messed up my food and refused to fix it. I will not be back! They also put hair in my food!

Always a great location for a quick fill up and a nice bite to eat. Ordering is fast and easy and the food is timely and terrific. Also, the Sheetz loyalty card program is a terrific way to earn a few cents off per gallon and earn in-store rewards as well.

Messed up an order that simply has to be taken out of a fridge and heated in a microwave, 3 times in a row

Smh.car wash slammed but you get stuck in line with no way out. Way to slow.
I usually go other locations but I don't think they do as good as before. Some missing of areas and do not dry very well.

Oh now wasting a couple gallons of gas.: (

Probably the slowest service I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing, if you’re going to order from here make sure you have nothing better to do or show up high so it doesn’t seem like an eternity. Step up your game scrubs.

Whether you need to get gasoline or a snack healthy or comfort always great always open service consistently quick and polite

The place is fine; the prices are reasonable; the location is great. In the line of gas stations, I have no complaints. A couple of locals really rave about their MTO (Made to Order) food. I'm not a gas station foodie, but I guess in North Ridgeville, it's something to get excited about.

I love sheetz and their food for lunch. Not 5 stars because often they are a little overwhelmed at lunchtime and the wait is longer than it should be. I see a lot of complaints about the staff. The weekday staff has been very nice and friendly, i think they just need an extra person at lunch.

I live in Ridgeville and i try to avoid the long slow lines at the cashier. The people are very rude and will never accept my broken drivers license. One day i had to stop in to use the restroom and saw a porno in the bathroom.

I love the Made to Order food and the cooked food here. I can admit that the employees for the most part (not all of them) are rather rude/unfriendly.

Safe location. Friendly staff, shelves always stocked, better than average gas station fare. Well lit and great (and cheap!) automatic car wash. Also right off the highway/turnpike. Very convenient. The only real issue is the traffic. A little congested because of the recent growth in the area.
