Sheetz, Hartville OH

I come to this sheetz daily and most of the time the experience is great but lately i can wait for ten mins to pay for my things waiting on an employee. Tonight i ordered a chocolate shake with Oreos. I waited five mins minimum to pay for it and before i even walked to the counter i saw them making my shake. So i preceded to the pick up area and waited there for ten mins and since no one called my number i looked around and found a shake, mine to be exact, on counter behind the coffee machine. I got an employee check and sure enough it was. I got a cup of cold milk with Oreo chunk it it. They never called my number but this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Great fast service, Leslie and the crew were very nice, friendly and on point! Will definatley be back in the evening when they are there.

3 chicken tenders for 5.49 what a rip off, these aren't full chicken tenders by anyone's standards. Lighter for size.

Don’t ask about your order being not what you thought. The kids behind the counter making the food were rude and mouthy. I can understand it wasn’t what I expected but to act like I was inconveniencing them for doing what they are paid to do. We would all love to stand around talk and get paid all day. I know customers can be a hassle and doing your job can be hard but it’s free to be respectful and kind.

Took 20 minutes to get us fries and mac and cheese bites. Gave us the wrong fries we didn't order curly fries and forgot the jalapeño ranch we had to pay 70 cents for with our fries.

They never disappoint. And they are always open. So if I need a candy bar at 3: 30 in the morning I am a street away from satisfying that need. Also they are a very good restaurant too. This one has a much bigger and more private dining room than others I have seen. We finally got a Sheetz in this small town, and it has a big spot to fill in the community. But after a few years it is showing no sign of wavering when standing up and taking on the task of our happiness.

Soooo me and some friends were at Sheetz hanging out minding our own business when buddy walks in and goes, “time to leave”. As we’re getting ready to literally stand up and leave this lady who thinks she’s really big stuff being a manager or whatever she is at SHEETZ in HARTVILLE, OHIO walks in and proceeds to tell us we were being too loud and that they couldn’t hear online orders through their headphones. 1. We got more quiet and made sure none of us were being too loud. 2. Who is this lady to come be visibly annoyed at some teenagers having a good time conversing and minding our own business. Other than Ethan Miller and a few of the other younger people that work in there… most of the staff are pretty rude and don’t like kids who specifically choose Sheetz, to come in and hangout. Be better Sheetz staff. Foods great tho

To anyone from the hartville/uniontown area. This Sheetz has the best prices for premium gas. The workers here are great aswell!

This place slow ash i could’ve ordered my food and went and took a fat dump then came back out and my food still not ready

Sheetz continues to be my favorite gas station, since they have always seemed to me to be a quality place, and you can get many other things there too. This location has always been clean when I went inside, and I have never left without being able to get what I needed.
