This place has it all! Nice quiet camping sites, both for tenters & those with campers; lots of activities for the kids; amenities for adults, even a kafe!

It's a wonderful campground. If you want an all-inclusive vacation, this is the place to go. It has a lake for fishing, peddle boats, swimming, putt putt golf, a restaurant, a gift shop, a jumping pad, and more. Also, there are special activities planned for every weekend. Everything is included with the price of your stay, there are no extra charges to play putt putt, swim, or the activities. The cabins are very nice, and the whole area is in a beautiful location. Definitely worth the price.

We had the most incredible time for the Hallo-weekend. It was the last weekend they were open and our last trip with the camper until next spring and I'm sure glad we went! The grounds are ENOURMOUS and IMMACULATE! Hands down it's the best maintained site we have stayed at in regards to the grounds. Work out room was really clean and well maintained, laundry and bathhouse were good too (although no one can beat the bathhouses at the KOA in Logan). There was TOO much to do, we couldn't do it all! 3 playgrounds, a fishing pond, a rec pond, golf carts to rent, pedal bikes (our son was obsessed) and events for trick or treat for the grown ups and the kiddos. Can't wait to go back in the summer when it's not quite as chilly and can swim. Thank you KOA, especially Miss Amy, she is fabulous and was part of why our stay was so great.

KOA shelby/Mansfield is an amazing home away from home! Tons of activities for the family to do. Not to mention the staff go above and beyond to accommodate you. We stayed in the glamping tent 1 and we couldn’t have been more happy, it was tucked in the woods and beautiful. You definitely have to visit in the summer for the pool and fall for the haunted house/ hay ride!

Called to make a reservation. Was greeted by a awfully rude woman.
Proceeded to tell me check-in is 4PM.
Seems a bit outrageous for a $110.00 + tax stay.

We had an awesome stay at Shelby/Mansfield KOA. Lots of fun activities centered around a different theme each weekend. Beautiful surroundings,
warm friendly staff. Every single young person working was helpful and friendly. No complaints! We will be back!

This is one of the nicest KOA's I ever stayed in. The owners are exceptional, very helpful, and always willing to help. The bathrooms and the campgrounds are always clean and very well kept. I would highly recommend this KOA if your in the area.

This was my second year renting a cabin for Inkcarceration. They are decently priced, the little store has a wide variety of items. Will definitely be going back.

This campsite is one of our favorites around our area. The pool area is real nice (our grandkids love it). There is a very large sand box area with lots of Tonka trucks for multiple kids to play with. They have the geology sand and mining kits for the kids. They have a huge bouncy pad for the kids to jump around on. They have a pond with small motorized squirt gun boats to play around on/ with. They have the small individual style carts they hook up and pull the kids around on at different times. They have soft serve and hard dip ice creams (think they may have like 8 or 10 different flavors to choose from), as well as milkshakes. They have a fishing pond. And many more things that I have yet to get pictures of.

This place gets better every year, it is very clean and well maintained. Very nice pool with plenty of tables and chairs. The store has everything you need and things you didn’t even think you needed. Make sure you get the donuts from the Kafe, you will not be disappointed.

First of all, we tent camped, so that influences my review. If you go in a cabin or RV, you'll have a different experience.

I have camped since I was a kid, both tent and RV. I've mostly camped at state parks, but went to a few KOA's as a kid. We went here because it says it's a "resort" version and we have little kids. The resort portion is nothing more than a repetitive schedule of activities that while we're entertaining for our kids, I don't see how anyone over the age of 6 would not become bored within a few days. Especially since there are no other sources of entertainment within 15 minute drive. Also, there are no walking trails, so and really not much green space to explore. In fact, after the first day, I told my father in law that next time were going to a local state park instead.my kids had just as much fun there and it was half the cost.

As for the site.the sites barely fit tents that are 12x12 (looking at some of them, I don't think they would fit that) and one at the end of the row flooded during an overnight rain storm. Not very nice fire such a high price. Also, no enforcement of quiet hours. The weeknights were great because nobody was there. Weekends were terrible. The site next to us was playing hard rock music and there baby was screaming past 11 pm. We have a baby too, so I understand baby's screaming and won't complain, but they kept the kid up while they sat around the fire. Thank God my kids were tired enough to not wake up and the electricity at the site allowed us to try to drown the sound or with a fan. In the age of new campers due to covid, enticement of quiet hits needs to be done. In all, I highly doubt we'll be back.

Had a great time until the last night of our camping trip. Some bad storms came through at 3am and we was camping in one of the glamping tents. A massive maple tree fell over the glamping tent and about collapsed it with us inside. Luckily it had a solid middle wall that prevented the tree from killing or severely hurting us. We called the emergency number and when we tried to start the car someone left a light on inside so the battery was dead. I am assuming the manager or owner who showed up offered to give us a jump start and hits the front bumper of my leased vehicle and creased the front bumper cover and denied doing it. To add insult to injury he moves us into a very small cabin with a broken air-conditioner and he was out of there. No door code if we get locked out no nothing. We where so aggervated with how we was treated that we just left. We followed up with a phone call the next day left voicemail and never heard back from them. Made reports with KOA corporate and have made some progress on the car repair and a refund on our last night.
Don't let my bad experience sway you. It's a great ace with plenty of activities. Just try to not sleep under large trees!

Very clean and family friendly campground. Accommodating friendly staff made our stay a pleasant one. Having the patio with the grill, table and chairs, glider rocker and fire pit was worth the extra money.

Stayed over the 4th of July. Staff were so friendly and everything was sooo clean. The food at the Cafe was excellent especially the pizza and ice cream. The fireworks were awesome! Will be going back next year.

The best KOA we have ever stayed at. Everyone was friendly and super helpful I especially love that anything you need can be delivered to your site. This campground has so much to do from traditional swimming and fishing to paddle boats crafts and gem mining they are sure to have something for everyone. I highly recommend we loved it so much we are going back next week.

Very nice campground, one of the best KOAs we have visited. The only complaint might be the wireless internet, but hey, you are camping

Defined not a good place to work. My boyfriend worked there for 3 years and when he turned 18 got a hire paying job and because he put a notice in and wasn't able to make it to his last 2 days they cancelled his graduation party that was set there the day before the party was suppose to be.

One of the nicer campgrounds in Ohio, large spacious lots, good shade trees and you name it they have it in the amenity department. The camp store has more items than most Dollar General’s. Just don’t forget your wallet as everything will cost you here. As far as activities this place is in my kids top 3 for them and things to do - always something nice for them to do.

Great Campground.very clean and well maintained
Great location. Staff is Awesome.pup friendly.stayed in a Yurk which was neat its a large round tent w A/C thank god also did think it was abit pricey 160 a nite but I guess what isn't these days.no bathroom but they are adding on next summer. No eating utensils.plates/bowls.hotplate or coffee cups but they had a Keruig.toaster.microwave.fridge and propane grill and fire pit.still comfortable.lots to do.kid friendly. Needs to add another pool.it gets packed and adding on next summer to the grounds so more people
Also went to take a shower in the common grounds area. NOOO HOTTT WATERRR. NONE. I tried all the stalls and let it run. Nope. None that well annoyed me
I would stay again though. I really would. Enjoy KOA's LMS

This is a nice place with clean facilities and some great level spots. I give it a 3 star just because of internet. This location is in a dead zone for AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile. The camp ground wifi is terrible even after weekenders leave. We could not work from this location and had to leave earlier than we wanted to. For being a "Resort" status I expected better than 0.755 dl 0.01 upload.
