Rude long nailed, headset listening employee! Have to find better help in such a nice neighborhood, keep that trash in East Cleveland. There's a reason she can't hear customers, she has AirPods in and get's snappy with people! I'll take my business somewhere else until they figure it out. Don't go into the store, nasty women work there.

Most of the workers are very rude here. They give you a huge attitude if you ask them to do anything besides stand there and ring you up. Then they act like your bothering them and are condescending to you. Despite living close to the station I now make it a point never to return there. They have made it very clear that they don't want my business

I would give this zero stars if I could. I was there today, the two young people that were standing there were busy talking about their kids being with their father and getting a break they was not paying attention to helping me at all. This is the worse Shell station. Normally, I bypass them and go to the one on Som, because they are rude and unprofessional everytime I patronize this location. From the management down to the cashiers, these are nasty women. These people absolutely needs to be replaced!

3 minute before they close. They shut down the pump right before I put my card in.
