Shell, Dayton OH

I picked up one of there bags in the middle of the aisle way so no one would trip over it. I bring over to the counter and the guy at the register gets a attitude with me when I asked him where I can throw it away. He told me he watched me bring it from the street and put it on his counter.
He was super disrespectful towards a everyday customer. I wouldn't recommended ever going to this gas station.

I stopped in this morning to get some gas and observed the attendant who was behind the counter and he was engaged in a dispute with an earlier customer. The dispute was over a honey bun! The lady just wanted some clarification as to what the price was for the honey bun and the clerk was raising his voice at her in a very aggressive way. She left the store in a calm manner without a resolution to the honey bun issue. After she left out the door the clerk commented that she was dumb and didn't go to school. Then he started to hit the counter hard with his fist several times. I was next in line and told him that wasn't necessary. He then started on me. I kindly told him that I would purchase my 20.00 worth of gas elsewhers. I will not shop at this Shell in the future. I also observed another incident several months ago at this same station where this same guy (short in stature) was in a dispute with another customer about the purchase of some headphones. It appears to be a pattern at this Shell station. He has a terrible awareness of what customer service is. By the way the first lady was dressed in scrubs and more than likely is an employee of the nearby hospital. So I don't think she was a dummy like the clerk stated. She appeared pretty rational to me as I waited in the line. It's too bad he's not aware of this. I truly believe that this clerk needs some serious sensitivity traning, because he appears to not have the skills necessary to be able to deal with the public at large.

I was here on june 29th 2018 and the 2 men working were being very prejudice towards black women. 1 guy was arguing with a lady because he messed up her lottery numbers then the other guy started yelling at me because i was trying to pay for my gas while he engaged in conversation with a parton who already completed his purchase and when i tried to tell him to come on and let me finish, he yelled at me "dont be disrespectful". 1st of all. Yu NEED MY money. I left. Tuh. Never again!

Stop ever Saturday Morning before going on duty. Owner is friendly great guy. Store is always clean. Shell in Huber Heights could take lessons.

Nice to stop here because the gas station is conjoined with a McDonald's so you can grab a quick bite to eat while you stop for gas.

You usually can't go wrong with a shell station.

Marketed as a standard Shell station, but it's very different than that. It seems to be a modified head shop crossbreeding with a state authorized liquor store. A little frightening just acquiring petrol. Unless your looking for a miniature rose and brillo or a full blown battery/assault just keep driving to the next pit-stop.
