Shell, Dayton OH

Bought 17 $1 beers and the the total was $27. Told the owner that the price was wrong and he denied it and told me I was holding up the line and I needed to leave. Definitely not going there again.

This is the letter I just sent their corporate thought it should go here as well.
I went inside the station Tuesday, I use to live in the area and frequented this location frequently. My experience was not the same as before. Going inside, I asked for a phone charger with a C adapter, I was given three different charging cords (none of them fit). If that was the only thing it would not have been an issue. Their ATM was down and a woman needed to buy something for a money order. After being there for over 10 minutes, she asked if she could just buy one of my items so the money order could proceed. She paid, left. Then I was told if I wanted my item I had to pay for it.
There were two different people working.one knew absolutely nothing, but was trying as hard as he could. The other (chubbier guy) was on the phone the whole time and had no interest in helping anyone. Every customer in that store during that time ran into some type of issue. There needs to be a senior level employee that knows what theyre doing, and is trustworthy during this shift.
There were a bunch of other issues as well. People getting charge the wrong price for something, people being told that they dont carry a certain type of brand when they do. The location is going to ensure some traffic in that place but this kind of treatment is going to keep anyone from wanting to repeat, including myself. I always enjoyed this location in the past, but if this is the standard that store is held to now I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am going to publish this same report on yelp and google to keep anyone else from having to deal with this type of headache.

I will never go to this gas station again.
I had to go pretty late (midnight) after going to buy my 12 year old pads at krogers. Anyway, I notice the younger Indian guy look at me through the window when I pulled in. As soon as I walked in, he's way down at the other end of the counter. Thinking nothing of it other than he's weird, I politely made small talk and paid for my gas. Turns out he ran to push the panic button. After I pump by gas, I notice a Kettering cop behind waiting like he's about to get gas. He then follows me out and puts on his lights to pull me over. He uses the old "forgot your blinker" line and gets my license and insurance. I then have to go through the trouble of explaining to the cop that I'm out late because my daught started her cycle and show him the kotex box and that I just needed fricken gas.
He laughs and lets me go. As you can imagine, I'm pissed and will be making some phone calls to corporate and filing a complaint with Kettering police on the officer for harassment.

Please stay away from this place.

More expensive gas, but they now carry surge soda. Only place in the area. Now a must-stop shop! Very friendly also, but their decision to carry a requested product shows they really care about their customers!

Best gas station ever. Crispy Crunchy Chicken (voted nations best) and 12 taps (beer). Super clean.

It's a gas station and convenience store not much to explain. The workers are nice though.

The owners are great. Prices are reasonable for a gas station and their bag ice is way better than most others.
